Management is always able to answer questions and they are available. It doesn't take a lot to get to them. The food is good. The servers and anyone involved with the dining room are friendly and helpful. They make the residents feel very welcome. The activities director is one of the people that comes to the lunch room and visits with the residents. This community is very good at the activities. Housekeeping keeps my mother's room clean. They empty her garbage at least once a day, sometimes more. Anytime there are mishaps, they will take her laundry and wash it for her. They are on top of the laundry and the cleaning. Everything is working fine. The caregivers are great. She has been having some heart issues and they are right on top of it. They watch her and are constantly checking on her. They are right there if something happens. They are very communicative with the family.

So far everything has been great at Cascade Valley. Housekeeping is good, everything there looks good. All of the care staff are really good and they have a great activities director. Compared to everything else out there, this is a good value.

It's been great there so far. We checked out Cascade and it looked like a good fit, my wife's doing fine there and has no complaints.The food looks like it's great and there's always a monthly bulletin board of the activities going on. The housekeeping, maintenance and healthcare staffs have been great.

This community was a great choice for my mother and I think this community is definitely worth the value. The management is wonderful. Anytime I need to talk to them, they are right there and they return my calls. They do a marvelous job. I think the food always looks good. My mother loves the activities and she loves the new activities director. Housekeeping keeps her room clean and they come every week. This community looks great. The landscaping always looks lovely. The transportation seems to work well. The caregivers have been good. She had a dizzy spell the other day and they called the EMT's to check her out, so they do a fine job with the care.You do not get the feeling that this is an old folk's home. This place is home to her and she loves it.

My mother has a lot of fun with the activities that are provided. They go on several different outings as well as play active games in the community. The staff all seem like they very caring and loving and not they seem like family to me.

My sister has lived at this community for a little over two years. She thinks the food is fine. Donna, who works in housekeeping, is absolutely excellent. She helped so much and if there was anything my sister needed she would call me so I could get it. Everything was kosher. Sadly, she is now cleaning in another part of the building. The building is always well kept and looks nice. The outside area always looks clean. The caregivers are great. One of those gals saved my sisters life a couple months ago. She went in to check on her one night and my sister was having a heart attack. If that girl hadn't gone in, my sister would be gone. The aides are really nice and know the residents names.

Everybody down there is great. It's a neat place, it's small and really personable. It's a really good place. The care is very good. She likes the food and the management is very friendly.

So far, my father really likes the food. The building condition is good. Transporation is good as well. I am happy with the care and everybody seems to care about him. I have recommended Cascade Valley to multiple people, it's a good place. We think they do a good job there.

The care staff is all excellent. Both houskeeping and laundry services are very good.

The caregivers do a beautiful job with my mom and she can be difficult sometimes, but they love her anyways. Every time I'm in there it's spotless. It's beautiful and it doesn't smell, it's good. The food always looks and smells good. We had thanksgiving dinner there last year and it tasted good. The management team goes out of their way to make sure everything is the way it needs to be. In fact we are moving my dad down there soon!
