Castle Pointe at Baywinde

Management was always very helpful to me, housekeeping did an awesome job cleaning and making her bed and the maintenance man was very helpful. The building was super clean and she loved her room. She loved it here and wants to go back. They were awesome, very friendly, accommodating and helpful.

It is a really nice community. They have good help here and people in charge. The cooking is also good. The kids who work here are excellent. I have a great housekeeper and the maintenance man is excellent. I also love the activities here. With the Coronoavirus and quarantine, they are working very hard here with having us stay in our apartments, they are great kids taking care of us.

The people I have encountered or needed here, and have been very responsive and efficient. The young people that work in the dining room, they do their job and they do it kindly. I don't think any of that can be improved. I'd absolutely recommend others to come here.

We just loved it at the community and I would highly recommend it to a friend or relative. We wished my father could have stayed because it's a beautiful place with wonderful staff and activities. The maintenance staff fixed things quickly and adequately. The housekeeping services did a pretty good job and dad seemed to think the food was pretty good with wait service being attentive. The management was fantastic and just really great. The apartment was spacious and the bathroom was very accessible for someone with a walker. All in all, I was satisfied with the services and accommodations provided. It was a really nice senior community.

Management is pleasant. The food is always good. The activities are good. There is always an activity to do. They have bus trips and happy hour once a week, and they have music. Housekeeping is very good. They do the basic things of vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning the bathroom. They also change the sheets on our bed every two weeks, which is nice. Maintenance is also good. We have a couple of very good maintenance people who take care of anything. If you have a problem, they come quickly. We have very few complaints about this community.

The management staff ais all very cooperative, and they never say no. I love all five of them. The activities that I can participate in are good, and we have a marvelous activities director. You can't beat her, and she works hard to please all of us. My housekeeper is very good. She does a lot of things that she is not required to, but she does them anyway. Her name is Brenda, and I like her very much. In regards to maintenance, if I report something wrong, by the time I get back to my room, it is fixed. His name is Michael, and he runs all the time. The transportation is very good, and the vehicles are great. I have been here seven years, and I am happy. I have no complaints.

I'm always laughing and having a great time. Everyone is great. The maintenance team is always there for anything needs. I love the flowers and the grounds. It's such a lovely setting. The food is really good. The management team is always trying to make things right for everybody. For all the ammenities we have, I believe it's worth every penny. They have all kinds of activities going on, and they're great. The older residents are able to participate in all of the activities.

I always say that you get what you pay for. We get a higher quality of food and we definitely have more activities than other places have. They are what were drew me here in the first place because we get live entertainment, Happy Hours and even scenic rides in this weather. The servers during dining are wonderful and they stay on, which alone speaks for itself. The hallways and lobby are always vacuumed, and bathrooms are always clean. Transportation is convenient, the drivers are good and if they're booked for the time you want, they work with you. If you complain to maintenance, they're here as fast as they can get here and they're very efficient. Management is nice, very helpful and we have never had any problems with them. All in all, I always praise the community. Everyone is great here and they do the best they can with doing a good job of it.

Management is usually very responsive, and they are knowledgeable and respectful. They have a lot of activities going on, which is great. The housekeeping is great, and they come once a week. The woman who comes in is very gracious, and my mom appreciates that her bed is made. The maintenance guys are exceptional, very helpful, and very responsive. Anytime she has called, they have been right there. They are wonderful guys, and the building is well kept up and always clean. This is a very nice place.

My father has been very, very happy there. I have felt for what his rent is and what he gets that it is definitely well worth it. Maintenance were very helpful and timely. The building is beautiful. Very well kept and bright. The housekeeping staff is wonderful. The place looks great. In dining, they seem to listen to the people and what they want. If you don’t want the entrée, you can just get a sandwich or soup or salad. He is very pleased with that.
