Castle Pointe at Baywinde

The condition of the building looks great. Anytime my father needs something fixed they get right up there and fix it for him.

The staff here is pleasant and everything has been good. I think the food and options are good and the activities are great. The maintenance staff is terrific and respond quickly. The building is very clean and it is in good shape. They are working on it all the time. Anyone who visits us comments on how beautiful it is when they walk in. It is very bright, clean and inviting. I love my apartment. It has a westward window so I get to see beautiful sunsets and I get water views so I am very happy. The move couldn't have been smoother or more wonderful. It has been wonderful and they are doing an excellent job here. I am so happy here.

Transportation scheduling is fairly simple, and they have a lift. My housekeeper is kind, sweet, and cleans well, and it makes all the difference in the world. The building is spick and span, and the maintenance staff showed me a few things about the apartment that I didn't know. If the dining specials don't tempt me, there are 10 to 12 other items available, and we have very good, funny servers, which is important. When I ask for something, the management is very accommodating with explaining it to me or giving me an answer. I have a lovely apartment that is big and well suited for me. Overall, I like the community, and everyone is very nice. Both the people who work here and people that live here are kind, which is what is so good about this place.

She likes the food thee. She told me that, lately, she's been doing a lot of the activities. Housekeeping and laundry is good. I like that they have a scheduled day and time. She loves the maintenance guy. He does everything for her and goes way out of his way and above and beyond. He is awesome. The building is always very neat and clean. Everybody there is very sweet and helpful, which is always nice to have in that atmosphere.

The management seems to be very organized and available, and the front desk is so helpful to mom and dad. There's a good variety of activities. Any problem, within a day it's fixed by maintenance or they're working on it and give you a status update.

My parents picked the community because they liked the staff and residents they met when they did their tour. The transportation service has been terrific and the drivers are wonderful. My folks speak highly of them. We have never found anything in the common spaces that wasn't up to par, and their maintenance man couldn't be more accommodating or friendly. Housekeeping does everything with a smile on their faces. As advertised, they come once a week, and if they need something done in the middle of the week, it's handled right away. There is a lot of variety on the dining menu. They'll do Asian, Italian, or American, and my parents appreciate the wait service. Overall, they feel safe and comfortable, so I'd tell people to definitely check it out.

Mom has a very nice apartment there. Maintenance always come when she needs them, and housekeeping is consistent. The managers are all excellent, professional, and courteous. It's consistently good food in the dining room. The activities director is spot-on, involved, and personable. Having the beauty shop there is really nice. They have a nice library and they have a separate family dining room. It's a nice set up.

I have no problems. When anything happened, maintenance was right there to take care of it. I don't have any problems with the building. The floors are clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the kitchen is clean. The housekeeping is consistent. They're there just about the same time every week. When we go out to eat or they have special activities, I enjoy those. The food is good. I have no problems with management. They take care of everything, and I'm very happy about that. My apartment is very nice. It's just the right size. The people behind the desk are good, the maintenance people are good, and the food is good. I've been here six years. I'm happy. I would recommend this place.

My father gets three good meals a day, so I can't complain about that. I think the building is fine. I haven't seen anything negative. I haevn't seen anything to complain about.

Management is very cooperative. Everything seems to be going along just fine. The food has always been good when I am here. I think most of the activities they do are very good. The girl who does my mom's housekeeping is very sweet, friendly, and nice. Maintenance has been very prompt when I ask them to do something, and the building is good. She seems to be very happy here. I think it is a good value.
