Castle Pointe at Baywinde

I am satisfied with my accommodations and the value. The people here are fantastic, and the food and the dining service they have are wonderful, they seat us very nicely. Everyone does their jobs and they do it well. Management is accessible and responsive. They're also very kind and respectful of all of our capabilities or non-capabilities. We certainly have activity opportunities and there is more than enough with a very diversified variety offered. I am very happy with my housekeeper. All in all, the staff makes the place. It's not a job for them, it's them taking care of you.

I am comfortable here. I use the in-house transportation service for doctor appointments with no problems, the bus is in good condition. The young lady who comes every week to clean my apartment is very good. We have very good food and servers in the dining room. We get good service and accommodations here, I have no problems at all.

The food has been really really good. My mother is absolutely safe and comfortable. Maintenance responds pretty quickly and the housekeepers have done an excellent job. It's got a whole lot of things going for it. If I get older, if I get tired of taking care of my own house and I want to move into something closer to the city of Rochester, I would highly consider it for my own living arrangement. I think they built a very nice complex and I'm not sure the villa thing is common in other facilities. I would build some different sized villas. I think it's an attractive option.

I'm happy here. They provide nice musical programs for us, the whole crowd gets to enjoy it. They're prompt on anything I have a question about and they put on nice meals.

They have great food, the residents are always raving about it. There are a lot of different types of activities. My in-laws really like the scenic rides. I think they do a pretty good job with the housekeeping and the building is kept up nice.

If you have to go some place, the transportation will take you and when they do, the person takes you right inside, so that's wonderful. The activities are both, entertaining and well planned. Otherwise, my apartment has a very, very good design and there is always hot water. Overall, if you call and say something is wrong, the management tend to your matters and get a person to fix things, so I feel safe and comfortable at the community.

Management is very good, everyone is very nice and they help you if you need help. I am happy with the food, you always have a choice and the servers are very friendly and helpful. They offer everything for activities here. Maintenance does anything that you ask for. I love it here and I have nothing but the best to say about this community. I think it is the best place around.

The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. Also, the building is clean and well maintained, and I love my apartment. Although I don't participate much, I believe there is a good variety of activities offered. Overall, this community is a great fit for me.

The activities are great if you can participate. Cindy is very good at planning things. My cleaner does the best she can and I am very happy with her. The maintenance is terrific. The transportation staff are doing very good transporting people to medical appointments.They have scenic trips and stuff like that which is very good .

The building is absolutely well maintained and the apartment worked out very well, even better than we thought. My mother is pleased with what her housekeeper does and in terms of any special requests, they're happy to do things for her. During dining, there is a decent variety, staff is friendly. Having eaten there several times with her, they do a good job. Overall, the rent includes all of her meals, maintenance, housekeeping and utilities, so for this area, it's a good value for the amount of money paid.
