Castle Pointe at Baywinde

My parents are happy with the management team, the apartment is a good space and they feel both, safe and comfortable at the community. They love the maintenance guy and think he is the greatest guy in the world. All the main corridors, building and everything always looks very nice. My mother is thrilled with the activities and they both enjoy going to church, so I have already recommended the community to others.

In the two years I’ve been living here everybody seems to know what they're doing. Transportation here is good, and the activities are consistently planned well. I have an excellent cleaner for my room and as soon as you call, the maintenance guys come. All the personnel are great. They know you, know everybody's name. It's a good place to live.

My aunt moved out of the community because she didn't require the care anymore, but we were very grateful for the accommodation and think it's a beautiful building. When first looking, I compared a lot of places and Baywinde was on the cheaper side by like $1500, so for an apartment with new carpeting and great shape, everything was terrific. Housekeeping was outstanding and transportation was fabulous. It was an ideal solution to an impossible situation and we really appreciate everything they did for us.

The community is very active-- there are many activities planned for the residents, and Cindy does a great job. Also, the dining staff and the management team is always willing to listen to the residents and rectify any issues.

Management is very friendly, he is enjoying the dining, his apartment is very clean and the grounds are beautiful.

Management was extremely helpful and completely understanding of where my sister and I were coming from when placing mother. The staff and the people that live there were all cheerful. When they looked at you in the eye, they had greatness in their eyes. She is enjoying the dining, activities are awesome and the place smells good when we visit. You get what you pay for and right now, I believe it's perfect for our family's peace of mind.

I think the staff are very good, they are very friendly and pleasant. We have a lot of crafts, and entertainment comes in once a week. I think we have a lot going on here. They keep it very nice and clean. The transportation drivers are very kind and accommodating.

I think the activities are pretty good and they have a good variety, like music, entertainment and outings. We are pleased with the services we get from housekeeping, maintenance and care. Whenever you need them, they are right there.

My dad is real happy here and I have no complaints, I think they are doing a great job. My dad loves the dining and the dining service is excellent. The housekeeping is excellent, they come every week. Maintenance is also excellent and they do a great job. My dad's place and the community are kept up. I think they do an outstanding job.

My mom's room always looks neat and clean and any time she needed anything hung up or repaired, they've been quick, prompt and really taken care of everything. She has used the transportation services to go to chuch and shopping and she's been extremely pleased with that.
