Management is very attentive. They are out and about and know the residents well and they are clear with procedures and communication. My mom has enjoyed the activities she has done and they go on a lot of outings. Housekeeping keeps a very regular schedule and are on top of things. My mom's housekeeper is so caring with my mom and does a phenomenal job. Maintenance has always responded well and the caregivers do a really good job. Anytime my mom has had a situation where she pushes her button they respond to her very quickly. I feel like we are getting a good value for the money.

We feel good knowing she is safe and we are pretty happy with her being there. She likes the bingo and is trying to do more and all of the activities are good.

The management is very personable and join the group to see how things are going. They seem to be very interested in our well being. The cook is doing the best he can with what he has and the service is fine. There are always activities going on or a trip somewhere and everyone seems to be very busy. I have a very nice girl who comes in to do the housekeeping and we have become friends. I am comfortable here and I like the accommodations that I have. I have a washer and dryer and parking outside my door. It isn't the most modern community but I think it is the most comfortable for the money.

Management is good and really good at communicating with me. My mom likes the activities they do. Her room is always clean. She has a good relationship with all of the caregivers, who are also really good. You can ask them anything, and they will get back to you.

I chose this community for mom because other places didn't have social activities. Here, they have water aerobics every week, and she likes the movies that they show too. The maintenance has been good, and the building is maintained. Housekeeping and laundry services are working fine. The lady comes every week, and she's really nice to my mom. She likes the fact that she doesn't have to cook anymore, and she says the food tastes great. I really like the management team, and they're really nice. So far, it's been a very positive experience and it's a very good fit for her. The apartment is fine, and she is enjoying herself. Her brother and cousin who have visited had both wished that they had found this type of place.

Everyone is really friendly. I really like it here. Housekeeping is very good, and the gal that cleans my apartment is always good. The dining here is really good, and everything is tasty. For everything I get, the price is very good. I love my apartment. I feel very safe. I would definitely recommend it to anybody.

My mom has been here since 2011 and I can't think of any incident that I would be upset or report or any issue with her. That is pretty good for eight years. I have been really happy. She has been well cared for. She has a lot of people coming to check on her. She needs a lot of attention, and she gets a lot of attention. She generally likes the food really well. There is quite a bit of variety. They will give them what they want. They have good quality. They seem to have an activity going every day. They have quite a bit. The building is clean, and I think the maintenance is real good. Compared to other places, it is a good price and a good value. She loves her apartment. It has lots of space. It feels like home.

She used to be a gourmet cook, but she is very pleased with going to the meals. Management has been very receptive, keen on any changes, and easy to work with. When she moved in, the maintenance staff was very attentive and respectful of her belongings, and the caregivers have gone out of their way for her to maintain her independence. Overall, this is a very lovely place. It was a blessing when we got her here, and I am very pleased.

She likes her little apartment. It has a seperate bedroom, a nice size closet and bathroom. I think the square footage for the cost is the best I saw. The activity offerings are good. She plays bingo and goes to the movies and I know she has enjoyed those. She knows both the maintenance guys by name. If she has an issue she gets it taken care of very quickly and I think the care staff are all over it and check on her regularly.

She likes the food selection, the menu variety, and she has always said that the cook and wait staff are very friendly. She says the folks are all courteous, helpful and responsive.
