It is a very happy community, and everybody looks out for one another. Everyone who works here is very helpful. Those servers are fantastic. They are always smiling and laughing. They are happy, and they make us happy. I think the housekeepers do a good job. They do come around in a timely manner and I always know when she will be by. Our apartment is nice. It is lovely. The bus situation is wonderful, and the driver is wonderful. He is very nice to these little old ladies. Two days a week, they go to the doctor. He makes sure you get there. He is so kind and the residents just love him. He treats everybody the same. He is a very kind person.I am happy here. We are quite content.

It's a lot of money but I think she is getting the care she needs. She's happy so I'm okay with it. I'm glad that they have a menu to choose from and they don't put her in a cafeteria line and say 'here is what you get'. The variety of the menu changes daily and service is pretty good. I'm more than pleased with housekeeping and laundry. She's been really happy with the healthcare and feels there is enough staff.

I think the activities are good. I use the transportation when I need it, and the bus driver is fantastic. I have had the maintenance staff come to fix some things, and he has been great. I think the value here is good. I like the fish in that is served. Having it twice a week is great. It is very valuable.

The more I see of different places, the more I realize that the prices here are very reasonable. Management all seem to be doing their jobs very. When I have needed to get to them, I have bene able to. The food quality is very good. The dining servers are friendly. The building looks like it is in good condition. The caregivers are very friendly and very helpful. They seem to really care about the residents.

Management is pretty responsive and professional. The gals at the desk are accessible and helpful. They try very hard in the kitchen and do a really good job. The new activities director listens to where we want to go and has planned good outings that I like. She treats us with respect. She is kind. The gal that works in housekeeping is very good. The maintenance man knows what he is doing. If you put a note in his box, he will get to those issues right away. The staff is very good with the transportation. They bend over backwards for the residents. Everybody loves the driver. He is almost too good to us. He is doing an excellent job.

I toured a few communities in the local area and both, my sister and I just really loved it for our mother. It's nice, we love the brightness and we love the fact that Memory Care only houses 14 people. I feel like everything is going exactly how we expected it to go. I'd even say better than expected, so I give them a lot of credit. Management has a handle on everything, the care is great and they're absolutely aware. Housekeeping is fine and laundry handles her clothing great. They have someone to get her to do activities, like church or bible study, and she is excited about being social again. The food is amazing and she loves their desserts. Overall, to see her smiling and content when I visit, it's just helping so much knowing that she is in such a great place and it's giving us a lot of peace. We're very happy with her there and with the care she is getting on every level.

I'm happy here. The best part of it is, as long as I check in and out, I can come and go. It's very pleasant for me. There is a variety of activities people can do. They're trying to do a good job being inclusive for everyone. I like the room they have that you can sign up for and then have the whole family together for a couple of hours. That's a very nice feature of being here. Housekeeping does a very good job, and maintenance goes above and beyond. It's very good, and I'm thankful to be here.

The food is very well prepared and fresh. I have no complaints about the food The couple times I've had to use the maintenance they have come within hours, even for a light bulb. The building and grounds look very nice. Any time I have tried to make arrangements with transportation it has been easy. I am very satisfied here.

This is a great place. We have different activities and there is a lot for everybody to do and enjoy. The management is doing a good job, the housekeeping of the general areas is good and maintenance does a super job.

I would very much recommend it because it's one of the better places in the area. Activities are very good and every Wednesday they take people to restaurants or museums. Maintenance staff keeps things very neat and clean, along with the outside. If there is anything you want done that is not included with housekeeping, they're always very good about it. Overall, we have been here 10 years and we're very pleased here, so I wouldn't move.
