Cherry Park Plaza

I just can't believe how accommodating the management is and friendly. If you ask even just a small favor they bend over backwards for you. The food is excellent. There is always an alternate to the main entree every day. There are very many varied activities and no one should ever be bored. I have had to have maintenance come up a couple of times and it has been prompt. In my opinion the outside and inside of the building are very well maintained. The residents are all very friendly. It is amazing. The servers are friendly and helpful. It is an ideal place to live and I should have been here years ago. Everyone you talk to they all have the same opinion. Generally, I would say 98% of the people would reply the same way I would.

The activities that are offered are good for my needs. Housekeeping takes care of my room well and the building is well maintained. They do a good job with the transporation.

I have a nice, big apartment. I am in a motorized wheelchair and it is easy for me to get around. I like the driver in transportation. He does a very nice job and helps you out when he can. He is right there when he says he is going to be.

I am satisfied with the price and think management is doing a pretty good job now. We got a new activities director that is doing a good job and I think housekeeping does a great job. The new maintenance man is fantastic and he is doing a good job. This is a family-oriented community and we look out for one another a lot.

I chose this community for my mom because it was a smaller place, there wasn't as much of a walk to and from the dining room, there were more selections in the dining room and the food was good. Greg in management is wonderful. If there is anything that I need or isn't working right, Greg takes care of it right away. There are a ton of different activities and my mom has been joining in little by little. The maintenance person is wonderful and they do an excellent job.

My siblings and I liked the homey setting the Memory Care has. I used to live in the area so I was aware of the good reputation it has, and we moved dad in. His apartment is nice, pretty cozy. I feel safe having him there, knowing they're responsive when something does happen. My siblings have eaten there and say the food is great. Dad likes the Friday night happy hour, that's about the only thing he's done so far. I think what they provide for activities in Memory Care is quite adequate. The management team is very helpful. All in all, the value is pretty good, we're very, very happy with it.

The price is fine right now and I have no complaints with management. The cooks are fantastic. They are really nice and they try to satisfy everyone. They do the best they can with the variety. The servers are wonderful and caring. My husband and I go down to listen to the music. They have a walking club and other things that get the residents out of their rooms. The housekeepers are amazing. They are so good to us.

I think the building is in good shape. For activities, I do cards and do bingo. I also manage the residents store and am complimented on how I run thatOverall, I am satisfied.

The food is good. The service is excellent. Overall the building is fine.

I have been satisfied with the services and accommodations I receive at Cherry Park, so while it's the first place like this I have lived in, I believe the price is fair. In terms of housekeeping, the staff come every Monday to my place to clean, vacuum and pick up stuff, so that works fine. With the dining experience, the dining is fine, we receive good food and there is a specific person for each row of tables, so it works well. Overall, it's been a satisfactory stay for me at the community.
