Cherry Park Plaza

Management is doing a good job at Cherry Park Plaza. My Grandmother is in memory care and I would say they serve good and nutritious food for the residents. I think they're doing a really good job in the activities department, they have a lot of good variety of activities for the memory care residents. The care staff works very well with the residents and they are very patient and kind there.

I'm just extremely satisfied with everyone in this community. The staff is friendly, the residents are friendly and I'm very pleased. I like the food. Everything we've ever asked for, houskeeping has done immediately. Maintenance has been outstanding and I'm very satisfied with the value.

The management has been excellent and the sales staff, Greg in particular, is a fabulous person. He's done so much and has been attentive to my mother, he's wonderful. He really has been a wonderful advocate for her and has really made it a lot easier for her to move in there. As far as the services and the cleanliness and the help that we got, I think it's a very reasonable price.

I am very glad and happy I am here. We are very fortunate to have the chefs we have here. They do a good job. I enjoy getting to play the role of librarian. I am looking forward to all the activities we have during the holidays. I am pleased with the services I receive from maintenance and housekeeping as well.

I've lived at Cherry Park Plaza for over 4 years. We have new management and so far so good. I think dining, maintenance, and housekeeping have all been satisfactory. Right now, I think the value is good.

I recently moved my father out of Cherry Park Plaza because he needed additional memory care but while he was there I thought the management did a good job, Ruppert did a good job and housekeeping did a pretty good job. I would say it's a fair value and I would recomment this community to others.

We have lived at Cherry Park Plaza for a little over three years now. The Director is very attentive, on top of things, and talks to you and tries to resolve it when you have a problem. The housekeeping staff are very dilligent about cleaning the apartment, and they use disinfectants so that things are clean and it feels clean for us. They do the laundry for us twice a week and it's very good. We're happy with our apartment and the building. Everyone is very friendly there.

I have been happy here and I like our apartment. Everybody in management is helpful and the service in the dining room is good. The new sales fellow is a good asset to the building. The staff in housekeeping does a pretty good job. We have been happy with them. The bus driver is very good and takes care of the people. All in all, I think the price for being here is pretty fair.

My parents moved in just over a year ago. When you move in the apartments are super clean, and everything is pretty. The rooms have nice views, and the outside sitting area is nice too. As a daughter, it's worth it to me to know my parents are in such a good place. They are very happy there, it's clean, the food is good, the entertainment is great, and the staff is great. So far I've been very impressed by the management team, they've been very helpful. The dining room servers are wonderful and the chef is so nice, and the housekeeping staff are also lovely. They interact with residents, they don’t ignore them, they're just lovely. That's why we like the community so much, the staff doesn’t ignore people, and they talk to you. I would absolutely recommend them.

The prices are very good. Everybody is very helpful and friendly and that is important. Management is always very helpful and anytime I need to see them they are available to me. Roberta is fabulous and I think the kitchen staff is very friendly. Maintenance has always been good and very helpful. Dean is wonderful and is always very helpful. I jus tthink everybody works very hard there.
