They have been great and treated her well. They seem to have activities and quite a few outings for people. The care staff is polite and do what they can for her.

Management has been very helpful, both the woman at the desk and the guy that runs it, Peder. They listen. They want to do their best all their time. The wife has been very appreciative of the meals. I don't eat there that often, but when I do I feel that there is enough variety. The dining service is run very well. I have nothing but praise when I eat there with the wife. The gals that come in and pick up the clothes and bring the clothes back, the housekeepers, they all do what I consider a good job. Also, the care staff's attitude is good. They do what they can to help.

Management has just been magnificent with my husband and are very helpful with me. They are understanding when I have concerns and they worked with me when I had financial issues. I have been absolutely beyond thrilled. The rest of the staff is fantastic. I love the dining and the dining service is fantastic. He has to have his meat cut up but they are really good about doing that. They have so many activities and he loves the music they do. They just got a new bus and it is really great. It is a nice bus that accommodates wheelchairs nicely and the drivers are great. The caregivers help him with whatever he needs. The caregivers respond very quickly. He has had a couple of falls but they responded and called me to let me know. I have been very pleased with them. I am satisfied with the price and it would take a lot to even consider moving him. I think they are fantastic and I wouldn't put my husband anywhere else. This is the best choice out there. You can have a fancy community but if you don't have the quality of staff that they have then it is lacking. The staff is what makes this place what it is.

I have been a nurse for over 20 years and I know these people were wonderful people. They anticipated his needs. They would go check on him and they did a really good job with that. You never had to ask them, they just did it… They would go check on him and bring him out to the nurses station. They were really good at following up. Transportation was good. There were very clear expectations that were provided and they were very caring. It was a good value.

My husband and I are happy at this community. The maintenance team has done everything we've asked. The housekeeping is good, and they come once a week to clean. She probably does more than I did at home. They have a lot of activities, and I haven't had any complaints about the dining. The help down there is always good. We've been having no trouble with help.

We are very pleased with the management there. The dining is excellent. They have a variety, and they have a different menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. They give them proper nutrition from the five food groups. On holidays, the spread that they put out is amazing. The cooks are good. My dad's room is always nice and clean, and they are always on top of his laundry. The building is awesome. It is always nice and clean and nicely decorated. It is very pleasant for the residents. The care givers are great. If there is ever anything wrong, they promptly call me at home or at work. They are top rank. They are really good.

I feel like this is a really amazing place. The people in management are awesome. They are always really helpful, and they seem really concerned. They always try to help me with my questions, and they try to work things out. The dining servers are really fast, and they all know her name. They all say hi and smile with every resident. They make everybody feel like they are special and wanted here. The food is amazing, and my mother loves it. I ask her all the time if she wants to go out for lunch, but she always says that she wants to eat here. That says it all. She absolutely loves the food. The staff do a really good job with the activities.The building is very well taken care of. The maintenance man is really nice, right on it, and has helped fix some things. The housekeepers do a very good job of keeping the place clean, and they are always so sweet when they come in. She really likes living here, and she really likes the people here.

My mother is pleased with the value of the community for the dollar. The transportation services supply all of her needs and they even have a weekly shopping run to Meier. Her apartment maintenance is fine and if she calls, things are fixed immediately. She is very pleased with the apartment cleaning and laundry services. She is fully engaged socially and really appreciates what is offered with regards to activities, staying really busy at the community. She is fine with the food and we especially enjoy the special buffet nights on holidays, like Christmas and Thanksgiving. She gets alongs well with the office and management staff. Overall, she really enjoys it and I am appreciative of her being serviced so well.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations received. My mother feels safe and comfortable at the community. The building is in good condition and well maintained. If there are any problems, the maintenance staff always go above and beyond. The housekeeping and laundry services are excellent, and they come every week. There is a good variety of activities offered. We can't even take my mom out for lunch because they have everything there that she could possibly want. The management is just amazingly superior, very observant, and extremely polite. Overall, I can't speak highly enough about the community. I spend a bit of time there, so I really do get to see a lot.

I love the place here and I love the staff. The only person that loves it more than me is dad. I would say the value is very good because of the care my dad gets. I have never had an issue over there. They always make sure my dad's care is number one. As he has deteriorated in health they've kept giving him wonderful care. I feel so fortunate that he is there.
