I live about 100 miles from her, and so I have no worries with her there. That was my main concern. If anything comes up they are right on the spot to call me to let me know that they have a concern. I am very very pleased with the staff and management team there. I am very happy with all the care that she is getting.

We have been very pleased. My mom says without a doubt that this is a very well run and very good place. The staff in dining that I have dealt with, like Alejandro, could not be more accommodating. Henry, in activities is absolutely wonderful with the residents. Nursing, I would like to give them kudos because when I had problems with mom for medical things, they have not only been helpful but gone the extra step.

Management has been exceedingly helpful getting her settled in there. The staff has always been very courteous and responsive. They knew what they were doing and how to answer my questions. She is very happy being there, she has nothing but good things to say about everything she does there. I'm very happy because she's very happy. I think the value is very high, it's an ideal community.

My dad loves the caregivers there and management is fantastic. Dad says the food is all right and they have a poker game that he plays in. He goes to church services and a few other things. It's an older place but very clean and kept up well. It's an excellent value.

Peter, the manager, is always there to listen to anything I ask about or have a concern. Konnie is really trying hard in the memory department to make it more efficient and pleasant for the residents. The laundry and housekeeping people are there all the time taking care of things and I think they do a really good job. I can't say enough good things about the care girls. They do a great job taking care of Jim. I feel they have done very well by Jim. I think the nursing staff is excellent and works hard. They have always been very good to me.

Management takes care of everything, the food is always good and they have a lot of activities. Housekeeping is always there taking care of the housekeeping and laundry. The building is always clean and nice.

I like the community, especially around holidays they put out a wonderful spread for families, they're absolutely wonderful. The food they put out is unreal, from main course to dessert, and they are really, really friendly. The care givers keep up with my loved one, they’re attentive and responsive.

We moved in because we liked the accommodations, especially for my husband. The care staff has been taking excellent care of my husband. I have used the transportation services and it was very enjoyable, and all the activities sounds interesting.

It's a good value and the management is excellent. They play games that I like to play like bingo, Mexican train and blackjack. I really like it here.

Mom's been there over two years now. Every time I talk to her she says how thankful she is to be there, how much she loves the place. The dining room has a wonderful setup and my mom has loved everything she's eaten there. The grounds are neat and tidy, the front entry looks welcoming always. The managers are fabulous. When I walk in the door or call on the phone they know me by name. They are more than happy to be helpful for me on every level. We love Peter, the Executive Director, I call him the President. It really has been great for my mom; she is a happy camper at Claremont.
