Management and the healthcare staff are very good. They're always very pleasant and make sure we're OK. I was very impressed. The dining is very good, and the activities are awesome. Housekeeping is excellent, and maintenance is very friendly, excellent and professional. All of them have been professional. The value is excellent.

The management seems very caring. The activities seem pretty good and they have encouraged her to do stuff and went way above to try to get her to. You never go in there where it is not clean and the fix things the same day. The care is very good and I am very well pleased. I would recommend the community in a heartbeat.

I have no bad things to say about this community. Lisa, the manager of memory care, has been excellent, and so has the new activities director. Also, the food is good and the dining staff is willing to change it up if my mother does not like something. Overall, everyone there is great and they treat my mother like a queen.

The dining is all good, the residents are always busy doing some sort of activity when I go by to check on my mom and hte housekeeping is fine. Every time I ask maintenance to do something, they take care of it and the grounds look good. The caregivers are all good.

Management is very patient. He says the meals are good and they are delivered to his room every day on time. Housekeeping does a good job and the caregivers are always on time with his medications.

I think things are well run at this community and I am satisfied with the value that we get for our dollar. Everyone seems to be willing to answer whatever questions you ask, the content of the food is good and the cleaning is very well done.

Management is always pleasant to deal with, they answer your questions and they are helpful whenever you have a problem. There are always activities going on around here. My aunt is happy with the housekeeping and the building is usually very well kept. I think her apartment is very nice and the aides are all very nice to her. I think the value is there considering what she is getting and what they are doing for her.

My mother seems to be very satisfied and everything is running very well. Anytime something has come up, the caregivers are right there to help her. The building looks good and her housekeeper comes in every Monday morning to clean. All sorts of groups come in to sing to the residents. She is very pleased with the food. Compared to the other places I have seen, it is a very good value.

It is expensive, but when you look at it they have 24/7 care and three meals a day. It was obviously worth it to us. They have plenty of activities offered to the residents. The facility was all nice and clean. I saw maintenance out there working on different things. They did a good job with her care. I was very satisfied. I didn't have any complaints from top to bottom. It is a tough job to do all that they do and they did a good job.

Bruce is a very congenial manager. Pierre and the other people that work for him deliver the service to us in a very confident way. I feel like it is a good value for the dollar. I am very pleased. They have been good to me and I have been good to them. As far as the safety and convenience of the facility I don't think I could do any better.
