If he is happy, then I am happy. I give the staff props, they do a great job. They are on top of everything. It is everything my old man needs. He always says the food is good and it seems like it is enough to eat and then some.

When Jodi and Sue came out to assess my mom, they impressed me with their handling of my mom. They are very professional and very caring. They personally check on my mother. Sue and Jodi have gone out of their way to make sure she is comfortable. I can call them anytime and they will attend to her needs if for some reason the care staff isn't available. I have called after hours and they have been very good about addressing any issues that may arise. They have a newer maintenance guy there named Chuck and I think he is amazing. With my mom being new, he was very attentive in getting things in place for her. I know we can hang things on the wall but I didn't feel comfortable with that so I talked to him and he said he would rather do it anyway. Anything we have asked for, he has done that. He seems to take a genuine interest in the residents. I think very highly of this person and this he is an amazing guy.The bus driver is another guy who adds some real value. His name is Mike and he takes people on bus rides for activities and doctor visits. He is a really good stand up guy and adds to the reason of why I would recommend this place. I recently added this website they use called Sagely and I really enjoy that because it says at 10:15 today, she took a walk and it it also explains if she was active or passive in that activity.

I go there about three times a week and I find everything to be acceptable. The activities that they provide are acceptable, the housekeeping is very good and the building is always clean and everything is done properly by maintenance. My wife is receiving the proper care here.

My cousin has a very nice apartment. Everything is being taken care of for what she needs. She's content, and there's a lot to be said for that. As far as the nurses, I've been there when they've come in to bring her things, and they're very friendly. The maintenance man comes and fixes anything that Dorothy needs. The building is very impressive. The outside of the building looks good. It's always very clean. She loves to play bingo, and she likes the music programs.

Management has been so good to her and have helped her out. They have done a wonderful job and are wonderful people. They are just perfect. The food is good. Housekeeping is doing a wonderful job. The outside of the building is kept up very good, and the inside is very clean. The care she gets is pretty good. The caregivers are really respectful people, and for what she is paying, I think she is being taken care of pretty well.

Everybody made us feel so at home, and they listened to our concerns. My sister seems very happy, and everybody has tried to get to know her. When you go there, I feel that my sister is fitting in. Anytime I have asked something, I have gotten an answer or a call back. The activities staff makes sure that, if you want to participate, they come and get you. My sister's bed is being cleaned on a weekly basis, and her room is smelling nice. It is always very nice and clean. Gary, the maintenance man, was there the first day we were moving in and got the TV set up. He was super. He really helped with anything that we needed. If we had any questions about anything, he took care of that. The building is always very neat and clean. From the time we walked in, my sister's first thought was that it smells good in there. It is very pleasant and very welcoming.

The room is big enough and well equipped for whatever my wife might need. While I am there, I observe the healthcare staff, and they come in to check on her. Maintenance was helpful when she entered the community. The outside curb appeal is very good, and the inside of the building is very clean. Her laundry always comes back. They have a variety of activities going on. If there is a ball game on, they'll have residents watching, or they bring in singers. My wife is quite satisfied with the food. If she wasn't awake or able to eat during the meal hour, they prepare to supply something in the in between times. Management has been very helpful any time I had a question. All in all, her comments indicate that she feels satisfied and safe.

Overall, the management is really good. The dining service is good. The care seems fine to me. My mom likes the food and the activities. Housekeeping is good. Maintenance fixes things when something needs to be fixed. I would recommend them.

Jody the manager is wonderful. She is very good with my mother and very patient and very calming. In regards to the dining, my mom is very happy with the meals. My mom is kind of a neat freak, and when she wants something done, the housekeepers are very good about it. Any time my mom has ever asked Gary the maintenance man to fix something, like her TV or take something down, he comes and takes care of it right away. He is very prompt. Overall, the building and common grounds are very well kept. There are a lot of activities.

Management has been pretty solid in their respones. The caregivers have been very attentive. We haven't had any problems finding someone, and the caregivers are quick to respond. The food seems to be very good. There are certainly a lot of activities available. Housekeeping is very thorough. She has a lot of room and is satisfied with her apartment. Maintenance was very good about getting her TV working, and their turnaround is quick. This community costs a little more than where we were, but we feel like we are getting better services.
