Countryside Manor

Management went above and beyond to take care of tricky situations and see what was in the best interested for my grandmother. The maintenance man was very good at trouble shooting and getting her TV connected and I think the actvities are pretty good. In comparison to other facilities, the value is good.

My mom is safe and taken care of at this community. The dining is very good and the activities are over the top. The cleaning is very good. The housekeepers are diligent. The maintenance man is very visible and very friendly. He looks like he is busy all the time. The building is excellent and the vehicle used for transportation is clean. The care seems good. The caregivers seem caring and they know the resident's names. I have recommended this community to others and two separate family members have brought their parents into this community.

We chose this community for my mother-in-law because I read a lot of the reviews on this place and it's close by. The dining room staff are really nice and they make sure my mother-in-law comes to the dining room to eat. They've been very active with her and she really likes the activities director. All of the healthcare staff that I've met are very kind to my mother-in-law. My mother-in-law is getting so much more care than she was before so the price is worth it. My mother-in-law says that she really likes it in this community.

My mom has lived at Countryside Manor for over 2 1/2 years. My mom likes the food and the servers are good. Mom really likes the activities as well. I've gone there several times while my mom is doing an activity and she's really into it. The activities director keeps the residents engaged and they have fun. Maintenance is pretty good and they've done a good job with the building. The transportation service has been very nice for my mom to use and the care staff is really good.

Mom's been there for a year and she enjoys the activities that they've had, the Activities Director does a pretty good job. Maintenance and transportation are good there. The driver has been really accommodating. My mom likes him and she gets her trips to the Y or wherever she needs to go. I think it's all pretty good. Just getting good care is important. I think they've done some positive changes in the last six months, so it's good.

My mom is on Medicaid and it's great that this community allows people on Medicaid to stay there instead of it being private pay. The care staff really care about their residents and they really care about their job. The aides that are there are doing a good job at keeping the rooms cleaned and laundry done. The building is also clean and nice.

There is a good care staff here and the maintenance team fixes any problem that arises right away. We haven't had any issues regarding the dining service or management. I would say we are satisfied.

The management staff have always been there to help us and they work well with us. What I have eaten there is very good. They always have a list up for what they are having for lunch. That is very nice. They are very active with all the people. They try to get the residents to join in and the activities are done well. They have a calendar up so you can see what is going on every day. Everytime I go there, my mom's room is clean and neat. Everytime I see something that needs to be fixed, I find Gary and he fixes it. We had to bring her back from the ER at 4am and one of the caregivers was super and so nice to work with. She did a really good job taking care of my mother. They show her a lot of care and I feel like she is in good hands.

For Countryside Manor I think the price isvery reasonable because I feel her medical care is good. They have activities there that are very good, I even get into the activities. Whenever she has appointments Transportation takes her. They're right on it, very prompt. The bus is very nice. The Memory Care staff is very, very good. I couldn’t ask for better care. They make sure she's bathed, dressed, fed, and they talk to her all the time and communicate well with me.

I feel that everyone is nice and available at the community. I think the activities they offer are pretty good but my mom doesn’t participate in any of them. So far, I think her laundry is going well and the maintenance team was helpful and got her TV installed for us. She says that the transportation is nice and everything is on time, she hasn't had anything negative to say. At this point I think she feels safe and comfortable, so we are satisfied.
