Overall, my mom is happy with the accommodations and she is safe. In regards to the dining, there is a good variety on the menu and my mom says the quality is fine. The service in the dining area is good and my mom likes the people. Housekeeping does a good job and the maintenance service is fine. It seems like there is enough staff in the healthcare department and the response time to the call button is pretty quick.

The value of the community for my father is very good. I am satisfied with the building condition and their maintenance staff do repairs pretty qiuckly. He hasn't had any trouble with the cleaning and laundry services. The place always has activities going on and they try to get him to participate. They even try to come up with new activity ideas and they include the residents in the decisions. Management has always been more than willing to help with anything. He feels safe and comfortable. Overall, it meets our needs, from everything we've asked for to everything we've expected. They strive to take good care of the residents, which is all we can ask for.

They give good care and are good at communication. I am very pleased with them and am glad that I found them.

I think the management has been really great and personable. I think that mom has been really happy with the dining. We have eaten there several times with her and I think they do a great job of choosing things that everyone would like. The dining servers are always very friendly and personable. I also think the activities are good and they have a good variety. Mom just goes down and does stuff that she likes and I think there is plenty of stuff available that she likes. They have some kind of social event on Wednesdays and they will bring people in to play music which I think is great. The outings give the residents a lot of variety.

This community is wonderful, wonderful, wonderful and the price is just wonderful. I couldn’t want for anything better. Management recognizes me as and individual and a person with intelligence and feelings. The housekeepers are wonderful young ladies and the transportation is just marvelous. I think moving here was the best decision I have made in my life other than marrying my husband.

I think the activities have been great. Her favorite is when they have the people that come in and do music. As far as I know, the dining staff is respectful. I've been pleased with the head nurse. She's very much on top of things, and I feel like they've been really working to provide the best supervision. If I ask for something, she takes care it and makes sure it's done in a timely manner. I appreciate that. We have recommended this community.

Every time I have eaten here, the food has been fine. The staff try to keep the residents engaged with activities. The caregivers are really lovely and responsive. They care about my mom. I think they are great.

The management has been extremely helpful. The staff has gone way above and beyond. The call me whenever anything happens. In regards to te dining, I have seen the menus and it is not the same thing every Monday. I don't think I have seen the same thing in three weeks. It is a constant turnover of tasty foods. The dining room is a pleasant experience. They encourage people to sit with others and not by themselves so there is a constant socialization. The wait staff is very courteous and they always greet my mother by name. It makes someone who is kind of afraid feel a little more at home. I noticed that they post the activities in the elevator and it looks like they have a lot of interesting activities. I have been by when they have bingo night or game night and it looks like they get really good participation. The housekeepers do a really nice job of cleaning and changing her bed and so forth. They do a real good job in staying on top of things. The grounds are beautiful and the hallways are clean and well kept. The care givers are keeping me appraised of what is going on. I was real impressed at how thorough they were and she loves the physical therapist. I can definitely see that she is a lot stronger now so obviously physical therapy is working.

We are very happy to be here. Everyone is so courteous and very helpful. I can't think of any place that I would rather be living right now. The driver is wonderful. He took care of everyone so well I felt safe with him driving. He was just a very nice man. When you walk in the building, you feel immediately welcomed. You feel like you're in a hotel. I think they have an excellent choice of activities. The food is wonderful. I like the variety. The wait staff is also wonderful. THey are so helpful and kind. It's safe and comfortable. It's just a very pleasant experience here. You couldn't find a better place to live.

The management is very attentive to our needs. The activities are good, and the housekeeping is on top of things. Eric, the maintenance man, is very attentive.
