Cypress Place

We chose this place for my grandma because once we went there, we just had a feeling. It was clean, organized and warm. I am satisfied with the building maintenance and the housekeeping is perfect. They have their activities very well organized and they're consistent. The dining room seems appropriate and she is very pleased with the food. I have talked to a couple of different people in management and everyone has been helpful. The price is fair and both, the services and accommodations are satisfactory. Overall, she feels safe and comfortable at the community.

The management team is very hands on with all the residents. They contacted me everytime there was an issue or concern with my mother. I was very impressed with the activities, especially when people came in to sing and play the piano. The care givers are very professional when handing out medication, and I talked to them frequently on the phone. They were always right there. The maintenance team was very helpful any time we needed anything. There were no problems with housekeeping at all.

Everyone is very kind and understanding. They know how to handle problems and are well trained. I trust them. The transportation service is really good. The maintenance team is always ready to help you. They do not hesitate to help. There are a variety of activties, and you haev the choice of what to do. I'm satisfied with the activities that we have. The food is healthy and fresh. We have very good servers in the dining department. The managment is a team of good listeners, and they help us in many cases. They're good people. The location is very convenient, and there are so many things nearby. The people are friendly, and I wouldn't choose to go elsewhere.

I've been very comfortable and taken care of. It's a healthy place to be, and I can be out in the sun. I'm very comfortable. The care staff is right there. They're taking good care of me. They call my daughter immediately if they're concerned about anything. The transportation service works beautifully. The maintenance is great. The housekeeping services are great for me. I've had no problems. The dining service is great. The food is good and nourishing and adequate. It's interesting. The dining is perfect. THe management team is great. They let me know things in time and there is an easy way to get a hold of them. I know what's going on. They're very helpful. They're very kind and gentle. I'm just as happy as a little clam here.

Individually, the healthcare staff is very dedicated. They treat the residents with affection and like a family. The maintenance team is very friendly and treat the residents with dignity. The activities are crazy good. They bring out such great talent that makes the residents feel like they're performing for the president. It's always top notch. Even as a visitor or family member, you aren't just sitting around in something dull. You can bet that this place comes alive. They have excellent food and management is outstanding. They listen to questions and take care of things almost immediately. My dad has a great heating & air conditioning system and a great window. All in all, he feels safe, comfortable and I tell everyone about it.

The activities and maintenance are good. We are happy here. We are satisfied with the way things are going. This is home to us, and we are doing well here.

I am very happy with the activities. The driver is fabulous. He is exceptional, and he treats me like his grandma. Overall, we are happy here, and we think it is the best community in this county. I think we are getting what we pay for.

It was a really good experience. I wish we found it earlier. It was amazing and a very positive experience. I was very happy with the management. For the people that participate I think it is a really good variety of activities. The housekeeping staff was really nice and always did a thorough job and it was nice having the laundry done. The building was beautiful. The care givers were always accommodating and always available to answer my questions.

Mom is very happy there. She loves her room. The entire family is happy with the community. I am happy with the medication assistance mom gets. The building always seems clean and in order. Activities seem good, and there's weekly musicians coming and sing-alongs. She likes the bingo. Mom seems very happy with the food. The servers feed them well, and the staff is attentive. For mom's care, the price is quite reasonable.

Everything is going well. All you have to do is ask, and the dining servers will get you what you want. Everybody seems to enjoy the activities. The outings have been good. I have enjoyed them. Housekeeping is fine. I like my apartment.
