The value is excellent. I am very satisfied with the price. It is a very good community and I like the open concept they have, which is more of a family feel. It gives the residents a sense that others are going through this too and they can look out for each other. The ones who are earlier on in their diagnosis will wheel around and in small ways help out the older people. It gives them a sense of purpose and unity and helps with their own grief. The value goes up in great measure because of things like that, because of the family atmosphere and the level of care and compassion. The staff are very vigilant. The technicians who pay attention to the residents do a lot. They are keeping her room as clean as they can and making sure they are all clean and presentable. The people they have doing the maintenance are terrific. There is a man who is very good with the residents so they can ask him for whatever they need. He is always busy and racing from one end to the other. He is a hard worker and I think that things are fixed and repainted in a timely manner. It always looks put together and nice in there. He is also very caring, so they have chosen wisely as far as the maintenance workers. In general, it is clean and they make an effort to keep it clean. I can hear them walkie-talkie each other if someone makes a mess or something has happened and they are on it and deal with it discreetly. One thing I really appreciated is that they took her to an Ash Wednesday service. To feed her spiritually, I can't even tell you how important that is to me. My mom has been very happy with the dining, and in part that's because of the service. They are compassionate.

The housekeeping and laundry were very, very good and from what I have seen the maintenance does very well. The care givers were very compassionate. They were immediately accessible and responsive. I was very relaxed when my wife was there. It really helped.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations my friend receives at the community. Every time something happens, the healthcare staff is so alert on calling me and letting me know. He hasn't required anything to be fixed recently, and the building appears satisfactory. Housekeeping and laundry services have been fine. The activities are entertaining and well planned. I am pleased with the dining service, variety on the menu, and quality of food. He feels safe and comfortabl,e and the management team is doing great. Overall, my friend is really happy there and it makes a difference when the residents themselves are content living there.

I think this is just a great place, and compared to other places, I think it was a really good value. The food was outstanding. The dining staff were so caring and fun. They made the meals fun and made the food good. The activities were amazing. The housekeeping was really good. It is amazing that they keep the place smelling as good as they did with all the residents with incontinence. The maintenance man is top notch. He is on things right away when you tell him about something, and he tries so hard. They had some amazing caregivers here. This community was like home to him, and they were all loving and caring towards him. After my dad was in the hospital and rehab, he came back here and the first thing he said was how good it felt to be at home. He really felt loved by the staff here.

I had the opportunity to eat a meal there, and it was very, very good. Ever ytime I have been in her room, it has been clean, and the laundry has been cleaned and put away very nicely. We are just very happy with where she is at and with the care she is getting. The care staff is very attentive and right on the spot all the time. They are respectful and friendly. The housekeeping services are very, very good. The activities are very good. They have a good amount of things going on. The management team is very efficient and courteous and more than helpful. They were responsive to our questions. I would say the value is very good. She is getting adjusted very well. I haven't heard her say anything wrong or bad.

The healthcare staff is always there right away to find out what is going on and my friend likes them all.The dining is always clean, neat and he thinks the food is great, which makes me happy. They do really good with housekeeping and laundry. For activities, they play the guitar, piano or sing, along with residents singing and dancing with the nurses. Management is accessible, respectful and responsive. Overall, he feels safe and comfortable at the community, so things have been pretty good.

I have been really pleased with our experience here. Management is always available to me and always give me calls right back. Whenever I eat here, I feel like I am eating in a restaurant. I have been really happy with the state of things here and the building looks very nice. The caregivers are awesome and work extremely well with Grandpa. They have been very warm and receptive to me and my concerns. I have been very pleased anytime I have talked to the staff. We could not do for Grandpa what they do for him every day. This community was a godsend for us.

The staff is doing a good job, everybody is so friendly and nice there. He gets good care, and they really keep an eye on him. It's very neat and clean all the time.

The building seems to be kept up, it looks pretty good and every time I visit there is something almost always going on activity wise. She enjoys the dining and management is very respectful, so overall, I am quite happy with the community.

The management is very helpful They have decent activities offered and the directors always asks what else they would be interested in. Maintenance does a good job of taking care of the facility, it is like a fancy hotel. The care givers are very respectful and friendly, whenever I need them they will help me.
