Eagles Landing Senior Living

We chose the community for my mother because we liked that it was very quiet. It's very organized when you walk in. The healthcare staff is real caring and helpful, and if she needs something, she has a button to press. They always keep the hallways clean and vacuumed at the community, and I like that the laundry services washes everyone's stuff separately. It's all folded nicely and neatly. There is always something with activities the residents can do between breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They are always bringing different people in, like today they had a man playing the piano. Otherwise, there is a variety offered. They have a really good chef, and the waitresses are attentive. Also, they don't have the same thing on the dining menu every week. Management has met all of my needs and if I needed anything, they were very helpful to my questions. Overall, they're providing everything they said they would, and it's going well.

My husband and I found three potential places close to us. We looked at all three with my aunt, and she chose this community because it felt as close to her previous community as possible. We've had a great time with the management team. I've spoken to them about concerns, and they listen, understand, and act. She is very pleased with housekeeping and laundry service. The care givers take good care of her. They are nice and accommodating. It’s a fantastic environment. The people are caring, and the place is nicely decorated.

We really have no complaints. Everybody seems to be bending over backwards to make sure we're happy. My parents have both told me that they're very happy. All of the care staff seem to be doing a very good job. There are times when they come and just visit with them. They are very happy with the staff. Joe, the maintenance man, has been very attentive to the need that we have addressed with him. So far, my family has been very happy with the activities offered. Everybody is willing to help, and the food is generally good. Leanne and Tony are very welcoming and very willing to sit down and talk about anything. I've never had a problem with any staff member.

There were no issues with the move in, everything seemed to go pretty smoothly and everything looks clean and perfect to me. Management has been very helpful with their follow up and have been very attentive. They have a lot of activities going on. They share the schedule with me and then I follow up with my mom to see what she's participated in. My mom says she could stay busy all of the time. My mom seems to be quite happy there.

We chose the community because of the care options and the price. It was in my dad's budget, and it was close to the hospital and doctors' offices. Management has been very helpful and easy to get in touch with and so far the transportation services have been great.

I was moving her from a very long distance, but they were very helpful with paperwork and making sure everything got done on time. Since she has moved in, the daily care is really nice and all the young ladies are very helpful, very respectful and cheerful. I wouldn't have thought the building was as old as it is because of the condition that it is in, which was one the things that really impressed about the place. It was quite a savings from where she was at beforehand with the accommodations being just as nice, if not better, so between the location and food, it was a good move.

I chose this community for my mom because I liked the cleanliness of it. I liked that the dining room was in the front and I felt like it was a fancy hotel. I liked the wide hallways and the other communities I looked at weren't as clean. Leanne and Tony, in the management, were so warm and friendly. They were so amazing and thorough. I felt like she would be in good hands. Management is really good at getting back to me quickly and are always available when I need to ask 100 questions. They handle things well and are good at communicating on my behalf. I feel very pleased and blessed that we are able to keep her here for as long as we can.

We were very satisfied with management, they were always helpful and willing to solve problems. My mother got very engaged with the activities, they offered a lot of stuff, and we were very satisfied with the healthcare services. Maintenance was very good, it was always very clean, there was no smell present there.

Location was the reason I toured there when looking for a place for my mom, and then Eagles Landing was the most comfortable, inviting, lively, and active community of the ones I toured, it has a great feel to it. The managers help us and make my mom feel welcome; they've made it a good transition. The food is awesome. I have eaten with her a couple of times and it was really good. Based on the activities calendar it looks like they have something every day. When I call her they tell me she's down, engaged and busy, so it's a good thing. They do offer outings. When mom first moved in a closet door was off the track and maintenance repaired that. She needed a shelf installed in the large closet and they did that. So far I am very satisfied with the care staff. For what it is, the price, it's a nice community and I do appreciate the care my mom is getting.

We loved it there; we just needed to move mom to a community for more care after three years there. Management was good all the time. The food was absolute quality and the activities were consistently well-planned. They'd go out to eat and shop in the van. The gardening always changed each season, it was beautiful. They let the residents participate in planting. The meals were amazing, the activities, just overall attitudes were often all perky. That's where I would want to go. I love that place.
