Eagles Landing Senior Living

The community seemed to be a little bit more inviting, it was friendlier and warmer. The food and activities have been really good and it seems like they go out to lunch a couple of times a month so that's good. My mom has had housekeeping come in once and that was good as well.

In the two years she was there, it was real nice, my mom liked it. Maintenance jumped right on things, it was real clean, and the healthcare staff was always there.

For all the services that are provided and the level of care and the amount of attention and the environment I think it is a good value. The managers all have been incredibly helpful and have made things very easy. Everybody that I have encountered seem like they enjoy working there and they convey that with their interactions with the residents. The housekeepers work like clock work and are very efficient. I can't think of anythinf that needs improving in terms of the care provided.

My mother-in-law just fell in love with it, it was the only one we visited. The housekeeping is doing a good job there and the maintenance is very responsive. I feel like the staff does a really good job, I feel like my in laws are super safe.

Everything is going pretty good at Eagles Landing and I am satisfied. My mom loves the food so I guess it is pretty good. Housekeeping, maintenance, care and the activities have all been satisfactory.

It's a very nice place, it's very clean and nice, and the people are great. We just liked where it was and everything; we thought it was really nice. I think it's fair, it's a more expensive place for some things but I think you get what you pay for, so I think it's great They have the doors locked at night and everything, which I appreciate. I think for what it gives you, it's great. The nursing staff team is great; they've been doing a great job. She loves the activities there; they have a lot of them. The dining seems wonderful and the management staff has been very good so far. They do very well cleaning; I haven't seen anything that wasn't cleaned. Maintenance helped with anything we needed moving in and told us where to go. They were very accommodating with that. Her pull cord didn't work when she pulled it and needed help and when they found out what was going on they got her assistance and fixed the cord. I think everything has been just fine so far.

Since moving my mom in everybody has been very helpful and courteous. We moved her into the community because they had the ALC license which her insurance required. My mom is happy with the food. Everything looks clean and my mom has not complained about her room. We needed some shelves put in before she moved in and John had them installed before she moved in, which was extremely helpful. They have a more comprehensive nursing care staff than other buildings, which is a huge benefit. I would recommend it because we have been treated well so far.

One of the things that drew us there was its clean, the grass was cut, and it's well maintained inside and out. The cost is very good. This is why we keep coming back year after year. It's commensurate with what they provide. Management is doing a fantastic job. We're very thankful for them. My dad enjoys the food and variety as well as socializing with the folks at his table. The activities have been good. Housekeeping is excellent. They do an excellent job keeping his room clean, and they do a great job on laundry as well. The caregivers have been fantastic. I just don't have any complaints.

They've been very good, very good. I'll be honest with you when they told me they check on them every two hours I was skeptical, but I had kept very good track of that since they've been in there and my Mom tells me they've been in there like clockwork. They are solid. My stepfather actually fell one day and they were right there on it. They were here immediately. We've actually had a couple of maintenance issues, one was a light switch and when my mom moved in the pull cord on the wall for her to call for help was behind the headboard and they had a problem with the AC which was something simple, but every time, his name is John, in ten minutes he's in here. I'm surprised because with every one of these places, they always have a smell to it but this place does not have it. The housekeeping service is great. We haven't had any problems with them coming in or anything. They come in when they're supposed to. I really have had no complaints.

It's close to home and we heard good things about it, so we moved my father in. He raves about the food. The activity department does an awesome job. The community is great and clean. The healthcare staff is great; they answer all my questions and are eager to help me. Won't be long before my in-laws look for a place and we've thought about placing them here.
