Eastside Gardens

We chose this community for my dad because it is about a mile away from my house, I liked it and it was affordable. I think it is a good value and management is really good at trying to accommodate things. The activities are very good and yesterday they colored which was good for his brain. The housekeeping is also good. His room looks good and they are keeping his laundry done and put away. Maintenance has been wonderful and helped us set things us. The building is very good and there are no odors which I am very pleased about.

My mom has only been there a month and everything has been great. I think the management staff does a really great job. They have been in good communication with me. I think the food is excellent. They bring her meals to her in the room and everything seems fine. There are many many activities to chose from. The housekeeping has been good and the building is beautiful and well maintained. I think the care has been great. She doesn't like them coming in all the time but that is why she is there. They stop in every two hours without her calling them just to check on her. It has been a great experience.

I think the price is good compared to a lot of the others around here. I am grateful I found it. I feel my mother is comfortable and is as safe as she will allow herself to be. Johnny and Rachel in management bend over backwards to do whatever needs to be done. They get to know the person very well. Anytime you ask them a question they know exactly what you are talking about. They do outings all the time. The housekeeping has been excellent. If there is a need, they will wash the sheets every day if they need to be done. The maintenance department has taken care of whatever is necessary. Yesterday, I interrupted an aide twice on her break and she didn't hesitate a moment to come and help me. The care mom gets is pretty good here.

I think it is a very good value for me to have my parents here. Looking at the calendar of activities, there seems to be a good variety for everyone. The housekeeping seems excellent. My dad commented on it today how immaculate the apartment was kept. The maintenance man has been very helpful and kind. The guy is very busy and everything seems to be working very well. I walked around the gardens today with my parents and the grounds and even in the back is well maintained.

I moved my father to this community for the location and the cleanliness of the facility.The management staff has been really straightforward with everything and the healthcare staff has been awesome, tey greet me by first name when I walk in the building. The Activities Director there really cares about the residents and she takes them different places, they have clubs and I think it's cute.

My father lived there since January of 2018 before he got better and returned home. The community was very reasonable compared to a lot of places and for what you were paying, it was very nice. Management's communication was good with us and especially with him, so I was satisfied with their accessibility and responsiveness. In terms of services, the wait staff was accommodating, housekeeping was always punctual and taken care of, the grounds were nice and the healthcare staff was very respectful, all my of my questions were answered promptly. Overall, it was a good experience.

I looked around at the places that were close to my house and Eastside was the first one and I actually went back to. I liked the set up, it was more cozy, more familia and figured I could defintely do that. Ms.Johnny was great and aswered all of my questions throughout the move in process. The maintenance man made himself available for the move, which was helpful. Overall, I'm okay with the cost and it's been a god experience so far.

It is a very good value. One of the things that we liked about it is that there was more security. My dad has dementia. We are very pleased with the accommodations. They have been super. Johnny has been extremely responsive. All of the staff has been very helpful. They redid the whole apartment before my parents moved in. Maintenance was very good and very responsive. The care staff is very good. So far so good. We don't have any complaints.

I'd say the value is okay. My wife likes the food and the housekeeping has been good. Most of the caretakers are good. Overall we are satisfied with the services.

Overall I'm very happy with the facility. I love the place, I think it's very clean and they're great with my dad. I like the way they interact with the residents there, they get them motivated. The caregiver that works weekends is wonderful, she's absolutely wonderful. She even helped the residents eat a little bit. She's really nice and they have another one I'm really impressed with. So far from what I've seen I would say everything is good. They're good with him. He tells me everybody is really friendly and they are. My dad loves the food. I've been very pleased.
