Emerald Springs

I think I am getting good value, and I love my apartment. The outside wall of both the living room and bedroom is glass, so when the morning sun comes in, I just love it. We use transportation to go to the casino, Walmart, or church. The drivers are both very safe and nice. Maintenance staff is responsive, and the housekeepers are so good that I nominated them as employees for the week. They're personable and act like they're really happy to be here. When they vacuum, they don't miss anything. The activities are good, and you don't even have to leave the building if you don't want to. Dining is really good, and the service gets things right. The young folks all know everyone's names. Management is really responsive. All in all, I have been to almost all nursing places around, and this is the best place.

My mother is very safe and very comfortable here. The management is like family to my mom and is really good. They call me and keep me updated. The management and the dining staff are great. They have a lot of activities to get involved in, her apartment is always clean and her clothes are always hanging up and clean. Maintenance went out of their way to help my mom with anything, the transportation and caregivers are very good. The place is beautiful but the people that work here are amazing.

When you look at what all is offered and done for him here, I think the value is fine. Most of them have given me their cell phone numbers and told me to call or text them if I needed anything. I think they offer a lot of activities. The caregivers are very good here. The maintenance staff will come right away if there is an issue. I think the housekeeping services are perfect. I have dealth with a lot of assisted living places in Yuma, and I think Emerald Spirngs is absolutely the best.

We chose the community based on the whole package, price, services and accommodations. The care is going quite well, and the maintenance staff do pretty well. My friend uses transportation for some activities and both the driver and vehicle are satisfactory. The housekeeping and laundry has been excellent. Management does pretty well, the nurse is responsive to her needs, and I think the activities are fine. All in all, she feels safe, comfortable and her apartment is working fabulously.

It's the most beautiful place I've ever been in. Management is absolutely great, they are all more than willing to work with you and help you. The activities they do and the transportation services are great. Everything is always immaculate when she does the room, housekeeping is absolutely perfect. Emerald Springs doesn't mess around, they go over and above. I absolutely love this place. Everybody here is doing a tremendous job, the caregivers, the maintenance, everybody has a smile.

Everyone is really good to my mom, and they really show that they care. The management staff is accessible if there is an issue that might come up, and the nursing staff will contact me right away if a problem occurs. My mom feels very comfortable in her apartment, and the building is clean and well-maintained.

The staff in all departments is always accessible and responsive, and they make any obvious effort to ensure good communication. In addition, my mother's apartment is kept clean, and the laundry services are great. Overall, my mother and I are both content with the decision to choose this community.

I have a one bedroom and there isn't anything I would change. They are very good about keeping the room clean and the lawn and gardens areas are well kept, and I am happy with the response I get from the care staff.

I think my dad’s care has been good, the care givers have been very attentive. The building is clean, accessible, and well maintained. I've dined with my father on occasion and the food is good, nutritious, and adequate. It's a great value, he’s getting the best care for his dollar.

They have been exceptionally courteous and helpful. For institutional food, they do a good job and they offer more activities than I can take advantage of. I get a new activities schedule every day.
