Evergreen Retirement Community

The activities are great and the girl that runs thouse, she's very good and has a very sweet smile. She's very pleasant and very organized. I would give her high marks for her ability to organize and arrange and to relate to us old folks. I'm very complimentary about how they're handling things from the virus standpoint. Evergreen has locked it down and taken care of it and it's working out quite well.

A million thanks for the job they have done, especially during the Covid virus. My Dad has been pleased and I feel like he is safe and well taken care of during these trying times. The building is absolutely beautiful and it is a bright and pleasant place to be.

We are satisfied. Maintenance does a good job. I'm pleased with housekeeping. I think it's pretty competitive with other places.

The food has always been good and fresh, everything seems to be clean and hung up and the caregivers are so good to her. They are just wonderful to me and anyone who visits her.

The menu variety here is pretty good, housekeeping was pretty good and if you had a problem maintenance had someone up there right away. The building looks upscale and they take care of the appearance of the community. If you are an outgoing person and you make friends easily this is a good place for you to be.

The management staff did a good job. All the maintenance guys that worked there were nice guys. I thought they did a good job and things were kept up pretty good. The reason we chose Evergreen was because we thought it was maintained the best and the cleanest.

I am satisfied with the services and accommodations my father receives at the community. From the quality of the place, they clearly keep it up. The housekeeping services are great with sweeping the floors and wiping things down. They were very polite and dad enjoyed it. I'd say the activities appear to be entertaining and well planned for the residents. He loves the dining, variety on the menu and wait service. Overall, he feels safe and comfortable at the community.

I lived in Illinois in the same house for 36 years. It was very hard to leave, but if I had to live anywhere than my little town, it would be in this community. Bill, our director, works really hard, and if he's not busy, you're free to drop in his office. The dining room is excellent, and the activities are super. I never thought I would be so involved as I am here. I live in a cottage, and it's fantastic because I have a fence in my yard. As you come in the front, there are golf courses, and I happen to face a small pond with flowers and trees. I think I have the prettiest view in the place.

She feels quite at home. They always seem receptive to my questions. When we eat there, it is very good and nicely served. The people there are very pleasant. Things seem to be good in the building. The housekeeping is always clean and thorough. They come promptly on Monday. We have several friends in there who have recommended it to us. I have recommended it to others.

I don’t think I have ever met a group of people who are more compassionate and caring than the management team here. My mom is enjoying the meals, the activities they have are great, housekepeing has been great and the building is always beautiful. The caregivers are incredbile. They are patient with her, they are compassionate and speak to her with the respect that they deserve. When something happens I always get a phone call. She doesn't have a phone in her room but she has gotten anxious a few times and the aides will let her use their cell phones to call me. We couldn't be happier here. Everyone has been great and mom is settling in really well here. She has said several times how we did a good job in finding this place for her. I cannot say enough good things about it.
