When we moved my uncle from independent living to assisted living, the management was all very helpful. If he has a problem, maintenance fixes it right up.

Katie in management is unbelievably great. She went out of her way to make sure my mom was taken care of. The activities, housekeeping and laundry are very good. The care givers are very attentive. They know my mom and some of her quirks, as well as her ins and outs.

The maintenance staff at the community is pretty good. The housekeepers that come into the room do a good job. I have really enjoyed the activities I have participated in, and they're consistently offered.. The dining is excellent. The wait staff is overly nice, and we have a wonderful, wonderful menu variety. The dining is just a positive experience all around. Management is respectful, knowledgeable, and available if I need anything. The apartment space is fine and very roomy. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable at the community.

I have been very happy. So far, when it comes to care, this place has definitely been a step in the right direction. He needs a high amount of care, and he is getting it. That is what we wanted. The apartment is beautiful. It is lovely, and my mother loves it. I really don't have any complaints. The staff always comes when they are called. The maintenance team has taken care of any issues in a timely manner. I know there are a lot of activities there, and my parents have been made aware of the activities. My father says teh food is good. The management team has been responsive.

Management has been really good. They've made the transition much more smoothly than I thought it would be. The activities they offer are really good, and the transportation service is excellent. Maintenance has done everything that I've asked them to do. I think the value is good. It's wonderful.

I am happy with the choice to put her there. She is happy with her little apartment. I am happy with the way the building and grounds look. The management and care staff are all very attentive. I am very happy. I just can't speak enough about how helpful and attentive they are. It speaks volumes for Evergreen. They are awesome at what they do.

The nurses and aides are amazing. All of the staff seem friendly and happy to help. The management is very good at calling me or my aunt if there are any issues. We've been very happy with it so far.

I had heard about it from way back when they opened. One of my friends moved in here and I went to visit. The people all seemed so nice so I took a tour and liked it. I love the food. The meals seemed to be so well planned, and it is just enough for older people. They have a good variety and choices, so it has been a real highlight. I really like the options that they have in the activities department.

My wife and I have a double unit that is spacious, so I like our apartment and the security is reasonable. The transportation is satisfactory and we just got a new Lincoln. Activities are wonderful, housekeeping does a good job with the kitchen and they just remodeled our front entrance. All in all, I don't think there is any question that the grounds are possibly the nicest in Cincinnati, so I'd recommend this community to others.

I am satisfied with the way things are going here. The housekeeper does a good job and maintenance has helped me out. I think the place is nice and I like it here.
