Evergreen Retirement Community

I chose this community for my dad because he's familiar with the area and they also have a small fenced area for his dog. We dealt with Sharon, Natalie, Debra and they've all been outstanding. Rhom the security manager was very helpful as well on the weekend that we moved my dad in. Management has been excellent and have gone above and beyond. The overall grounds maintenance looks good. My brother and sister ate there over the weekend and said the brunch was excellent. It's a beautiful facility.

We thought that it was the most great thing with the building and the way the property was laid out, so it was very satisfying and good for the soul. The architecture made it possible for 10 different groups of residents to be meeting somewhere, so the place was so charming. They offered activities, the food was miraculous and the atsmophere in the dining room was so much fun, so looking back, they had an excellent thing there.

Everything, from the people and the food and the entertainment and the grounds, is good. They staff is awesome and they really like my Dad.

Considering the number of people here, I think this is a great place and I am very happy here. Housekeeping and maintenance crew do a great job. I didn't want to leave home but I don't think I could be anywhere nicer.

I recently moved in and it’s been great. They are on top of things. Management communicates well, and the dining room servers are great. The price is fair and the value is good.

My parents and I love them, they are great, wonderful people. We're not just another number, and I love those care givers. They do a good job, they are nice and attentive. Maintenance is fantastic, it an amazing building. My father has raved about the food. The food is amazing, servers are amazing, menu is amazing, chef is amazing, He is so satisfied with the food quality and there's options, plenty of options.

My mother has been there for four years. The activities calendar is posted in her room and they do try to encourage her to participate. Mom uses their transportation service for outings and sometimes for the doctor, it works well. The housekeepers come weekly to clean her room and seem to do just fine. The maintenance guys are always very nice. The building seems to be kept well, they try to improve it. She hasn't complained and they're very nice to me and to her.

Melissa is the best thing they have going there. She is spot on and knows her job very well. There seemed to be a lot of activities to do. It is a pretty facility.

I have a friend who's here and was really impressed with everything. The dining services is very good, they make it so that you can work your health plan into the diet. There's activities pretty much every hour and the transportation services are great. So far everything is going really well.

I have a friend who moved in two weeks ago and is very happy, and I have been comfortable here for almost a year. I think it's a good value. There is always a care giver available. They answer your questions and help you when you need. Maintenance does a good job, I have no complaints. Housekeeping is excellent also, I have no problems. They clean my bathroom, change my bed, do my laundry every week. The food is wonderful, and there is a great selection on the menu. I feel safe here.
