Evergreen Retirement Community

Melissa seems to be very good and kind to my mom and I think she really enjoys the dining. I'd say overall the value is pretty good.

I think management is good, everything looks nice, they seem to take care of everything, I'm happy with it. Housekeeping and maintenance are very good as well.

I am satisfied with the services provided to my sister at Evergreen Retirement Community. Management seems good, he has been polite and helpful to my needs and her room has been fine. I think the food is very good, the dining service is very nice and she feels comfortable at the community. It's hard to offer activities that everyone is interested in, but she is beginning to work in the art class and enjoys that, which has been good. The housekeeping is very good, on time and always very thorough. She called to get maintenance service and the crew was very helpful with one of her blinds, so they have been satisfactory as well. Overall, it's been a pleasant experience and we have recommended the community to several people, with a couple of friends moving in on our recommendation.

My parents are really enjoying the music and the housekeeping is very good. From a community standpoint my parents have joined in on activities they have for the Jewish community on Friday and that has been great, I think it's great they make the space available. Peace of mind is worth a lot, so that's good.

I think the management at Evergreen is good, my mom and dad are safe there, and have been comfortable for the past couple years. I think the dining area is fine I have no problems with it whatsoever. Service is good and food is good. There are a lot of activities and it's a good offering for the residents. My mother does use the bus to go to Kroger on occasion, and she's happy with the transportation. I think the maintenance is done well. Landscaping and exterior are well maintained and the inside is always clean. Garbage is emptied appropriately. Mom and dad are getting a good value for their money.

I think the value is good, my aunt has lived there now for ten years. She says the food and the choices are excellent in the dining room. I think she's happy with activities and participates in a lot of them. My aunt she seems to think the transportation service is fine. She is safe there, we’re satisfied with her apartment, and my aunt is comfortable.

I would say it's very good, not perfect. I think it's well managed, the food is good and the service is excellent. There are activities every day and every evening, there's plenty to do here if you choose to do it. I have no real complaints at all.

The management has been really good. They're very accessible, very responsive, and give us a lot of one on one. I think my father-in-law gets pretty good care there. The caregivers are always there when I call or they call me back right way, they've done a great job. Maintenance is timely responding to requests. My father-in-law is comfortable there, we're satisfied with the price, and he's comfortable.

We've eaten there a few times and the food has always been good. My parents seem very active and are involved in more activities now and everything seems to be clean and well kept.

My mom is in Independent Living so the value is pretty good right now. The management staff calls me right away, there are no security issues. I know she in the evenings when they have music, she attends all of those, I think she's really good at the evening ones, she doesn't do any of the daytimes ones. Maintenance is right there when we call them. All in all, we're happy.
