Evergreen Retirement Community

I think that we get a good value here. My loved one has a nice room. The dining is really nice. I dined with her one evening and the food was good and she enjoyed it. Maintenance has been helpful. They came and hung a mirror up for her when she got moved in. The care staff does a good job with her medication. They keep it with them and deliver it to her when needed.

In the two and a half years I've been here, the food, transportation and maintenance have been excellent. Laundry's fine and housekeeping is the best. The managers are accessible, and the activities are a good variety for people. It's been excellent.

My loved one and I think nurses are great, we love them all. He's lived there two and a half years, and in that time he's been safe and comfortable. The management team does a good job, they're very pleasant. The food is good and there's a good variety. The servers are very friendly and address everybody by name, they do a good job. The housekeepers come in regularly and they're very friendly. Seems like if there's an issue, maintenance comes right away and resolve whatever it is. We're satisfied with Evergreen.

He's been there almost two years, and my father is satisfied with the dining experience and food. Housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance are done well and are dependable. The caregivers have been excellent, the nurses and aides, the Evergreen folks dad deals with are great. The managers do their job well, and my father is safe and comfortable there. All in all, the value is good.

It has been a little over a year since my dad moved in and I think the food and the activies are very good. My dad is going to all of the stuff they have on their schedule, the bingo and other stuff that they do.

The price at this community is pretty competitive with other communities. We have gotten reasonable answers from management when we have asked questions. The lunch exerience has always been a pleasant one. The quality of food seems fine and the variety seems to be quite impressive. The servers are always patient with the residents. It appears there are a lot of activities to participate in. My mom's room is generally quite clean and the building is kept nice. The outside grounds always look fabulous. The building is fairly modern, updated and an attractive place. The things that we have brought to maintenance's attention have been taken care of.

My mom's been there two, almost three years, and I think everything is going fine. The management team does pretty good. Things seem to be running well, and she likes it. She has no complaints. Every time she needs something, they're there. Maintenance is also good, if something is wrong they come right up and fix it for her. Evergreen has a lot of activities. I think they try to make it so anybody can do things, even the residents who are not so active. The staff makes sure they get there. Mom is really happy with that, and she likes the bingo and the entertainment. I think the price is on par with similar communities. I think she gets her money's worth, she has a very nice apartment. I think everything is going fine for my mother, we tell people it's a nice place to go.

My mom has lived at Evergreen Retirement Community for over 5 1/2 years. The community seems to have a lot of different activities for the residents. My mom seems to like the food as well. I recommend this community all of the time to other people.

Management has top notch people at this community. It takes a certain kind of person to put up with these types of personalities, mental attitudes and ages and the people that have been selected here are excellent. The activities are good for the general age group that is here and maintenance has been terrific. When I first moved in my A/C was out so they replaced it immediately.

Since she has lived here my mom is pretty happy with the dining. She is satisfied with the food. There is variety. The activities are good. They go out of their way to keep the people entertained and make them feel comfortable doing things after dinner. It seems they have pretty good programs for them. They seem to do good with the maintenance. If you ask them to do something they seem to be fairly fast and do a good job.
