Evolve at Rye

For the price and services, the value of the community to my mother is good. She feels safe, comfortable and she so very much enjoys the food. Every time I have a question, the management is right on it. The nurses are very knowledgeable with what they're doing and the aides are very good. I am satisfied with the accommodations and apartment maintenance. The building is always clean, well maintained and beautiful. Overall, she came from a different community into this place and with just the way everything is handled, it's 100% better than where she was last.

I'm really impressed with the variety of activities offered and the staff tries really hard to get everybody to particpate. The ladies are very kind and wonderful. I know the people that work there really care about their residents.

We're 100% satisfied. The care staff is spot on. They're always there for my wife. If there was anything wrong, the maintenance team would take care of it right away. The activities are very good. My wife says she likes the food very much. The management team is excellent. They were truthful when we moved in. The value is great. This community is the best around.

The management is very helpful, friendly, and caring. We love them. It is excellent food, and the dining staff are very helpful and adaptive. They have activities every day. They have a variety of things and they take trips. We really appreciate that they have a calendar that comes out, so if someone is visiting, at least they have some idea what is going on that day. They do an excellent job of housekeeping there, and the building is always clean. It is impressive.

The staff always engages my Mom and knows how to encourage her to talk with others. I think it's a great facility that is clean and the atmosphere is perfect.

The management is absolutely great. It has been tremendous. They have been very responsive and knowledgeable which has been really important to us. There is a variety of activities and there are things that touch on the residents there. That is an element that connects them. It is outstanding. I would have to say the housekeeping is excellent and the property is well maintained.. I have not had an issue of anything at all that would diminish that excellence. I have been very pleased. They have been wonderful…the nurses and the LPN's. The entire staff has been very gracious and wonderful and welcoming. They are very responsive to her needs. That is absolutely wonderful which is a piece of mind. I want to say thank you very much and keep doing what they are doing because the amount of compassion it takes to do the work that they engage in is truly profound.

I have eaten there twice, and the food was excellent. The laundry is great. Her clothes are kept clean and delivered in a timely manner. The housekeeping is excellent.As far as keeping everything clean and being accommodating, the housekeeper is just outstanding. The activities offered are excellent. The activities directors are wonderful ladies and really try to individualize the activities. Both of them are interested in what my mom is interested in. The care staff have been great. Jennifer, the head nurse, is fantastic. All of the nurses are knowledgeable. They are always right there. They are young girls and have so much energy and patience. They take care of her really well.

I know that nobody is hurting her there, and she is safe. I don't have to worry about her. If I do, I call and tell them my concern, and it will be taken care of. The staff is really good. They have a good selection at breakfast and lunch. They have a soup and sandwich style dinner, which I think is better for them. If they don't like the sandwich they are having, they can always get a grilled cheese and tomato soup. The community living area is clean. When you walk in there, it doesn't smell like an elderly healthcare facility. They are really good. I've never seen a light out or a leak. They keep the walls touched up from where they get banged with wheelchairs. I think her care has been really good. If something happens, they call me. They are very loving there. They tell her that they love her all the time. I love the girls that work there. Management is responsive and accessible. If I call, they are always willing to talk to me about whatever I'm calling about.

The food is excellent and everything with activities and housekeeping is pretty great. All the help here is really great too. In comparison to other places, the price is excellent. I have no complaints.

I chose this community for my wife because of the proximity to the facility itself and getting involved with the staff before we moved my wife in there. My wife always looks neat and clean when I see her and so does her room. They're very attentive in the dining room and in talking with the staff, I don't have any complaints about the food. There seems to be enough activities. Every time I've been there the activities seem to be satisfactory.
