They seem to be an activity rich facility. The healthcare department interacts very well with Kaiser which is our healthcare provider. The care givers are very responsive and the medtech is very good.

We went on two tours and it was the seniors walking around smiling and saying hello. Their prices were also slightly lower so that was an incentive but it was truly the atmosphere in the community and the mood of the residents that swayed me. The staff were all smiling and friendly, they pay personal attention to details.The facility is clean and cheerful and the maintenance guy is great there, he's Johnny on the Spot and has a good attitude and smile on his face. It's well kept up, it's clean, and the healthcare staff are caring, kind, professional and cheerful.

We had some issues logistically with his last place, so we were looking for a different facility. We chose it for the location.We are very satisfied. The management is very well organized and we never have any issues. The housekeeping and laundry are very good. My husband used the transportation today to see the doctor and it was very well organized.

I am very happy here. With the new management team there is a positive change. The care takers have been outstanding and very kind and very patient and very thoughtful. I can't say enough about the staff. They are really wonderful.

For what they offer with the meals and transportation I think the value is good. Mom thinks the food is very good and has no complaints. Housekeeping is good. They come in once a week and clean and do her laundry. When something isn't working or needs to be fixed maintenance gets it attended to in a timely manner. The place is beautiful. The transportation is very good. The driver is very kind, compassionate and helpful with the residents. Mom is a relatively healthy person and we have just recently started using the medication care. So far it’ working out great.

I am confident my loved one is being cared for and he is happy. I think it is a very good price and it is certainly worth it when I see what they are doing with him. The food is pretty good and she seems to be fine with it. He seems to enjoy the entertainment. He does participate and when I am there he really participates. They really do try to keep them entertained and he seems to love the activities. When I come it seems like the housekeepers are always keeping his apartment clean and it smells nice. The laundry has generally been fine. He is never without clothes. They try very hard and you see them working constantly. Joel, the maintenance man, is very good. There was a door that was open to the back yard. When I mentioned it to Joel, he came right away to fix it. The caregivers are very loving and caring. I get most of my information from them.

I think it is average and not overpriced or underpriced for the value. She seems okay with the activities and she doesn't complain about them. I think she likes the maintenance guy; he comes and takes care of things pretty good. The place seems to be working okay and housekeeping is okay. In terms of her care, they are good and responsive giving her her medications.

I love this community. We cannot afford to put my mother in a private apartment but we are very grateful that they offered her a shared room. Otherwise, we couldn't afford to have her there. The value is wonderful. She seems to be happy with her apartment and we are happy with it. The dining has been very good. The quality and variety is excellent. I like how the culinary director is attentive to the dietary requirements of the residents. The housekeeping over all seems to be good and the building looks wonderful. The nurse, Wendy, is wonderful. She is very personable.

I liked the location and I thought the price was really fair for all they were getting, so that's why I chose to move my parents in. The management staff is really attentive, accessible and knowledgeable. The Activities Director has been wonderful and asking her to participate. The level of attention they are getting is so heart-warming. In terms of housekeeping, their room is well tended to. As for their care, so far, so good. I think it is worth the value. I do have a lot to compare it to and I think that it is fairly priced.

Mom says the Executive Director is out there and available. The food's okay. Going by my mom, she says the wait staff is lovely, she loves Patrick who is open to suggestions. Overall she is pleased with the quality of food she gets. Mom's apartment is pretty clean most of the time. The caregivers seem really nice and caring.
