Falls River Court

Management has been excellent. During this time of the virus, they are going all out to keep things running smoothly.They are sending out daily updates and including the menu in those. The menu variety looks good, they have good activities for the residents and they let us know about them if we want to participate in them. Everything in their room works and the maintenance man is helpful. My parents are clean and well dressed when we visit. It has been easy to deal with the staff for transportation to medical appointments. They have been very helpful and responsive. The caregivers work well with the doctors who make house calls and they are quick to respond. It has been a very good value. We feel like we are getting our money's worth. So far everything has been very good.

I really think they do a good job for the variety of residents there. I often go in and there is several activities going on with different staff members helping. I've been pleased with what they do and it seems very organized. I would choose this community again.

I've been very pleased. The director has been exceptional, and from conversation with all the staff, they respect her and really like her. My mother receives outstanding care. The building is excellent. The housekeepers are very attentive to the needs of the residents. They are very consistent. They have plenty of activities, and they're well balanced and good. The dining service is terrific. The management team is terrific. They had great attitudes. They were very clear in their presentations. They were very accommodating. I had my mother in two other assisted living homes and both of them are supposed to be top notch. This community is far superior to either of those.

The care staff is consistently nice to my mom, and they show her affection. I've never seen a problem that has bothered me. The maintenance team has always been very responsive. Things always seem clean, and the laundry is always done. The activties entertain my mother, and the outings they hav are really nice. The management team seems to take care of things routinely. What we're paying now is outstanding.

At this point in his life, he is at a very good place, and my brother and I are thankful for that. If my brother or myself were able to take him into our home, we would do so. Because we are unable to for various reasons, we are thankful for Falls River. I am so estatic with the progess we're making. They have a very nice and clean facility. It's always a pleasure to go there. They are quite sensitive to their cleanliesness. The housekeepers are doing a fine job. We are absolutely satisfied with the housekeeping services. Laura is the activities director who has a established a good rapport with my father. She is able to encourage him to participate in activities. He thinks very highly of the food. They have worked quite well with him. We are getting what we needed. I'm happy that we're getting what meets our expectations.

My mother is still very capable in some areas. They work with her and her limitations, and I think they are fabulous for that. The healthcare staff are very friendly and communicate with me. The building looks good. I have been very impressed. Denise in management always goes above and beyond. They have worked with her.My mother seems to enjoy the food. The service is very friendly.

I love that there is only about 40-45 residents there. It is a perfect size. Because of the size, the building is manageable. The number of residents is manageable for the staff. That lends itself to a good social setting. I feel it has really improved her quality of life since she has been there. They make her feel liked, welcome, and safe. She seems to enjoy the activities she participates in. She seems satisfied. Her room is always clean. Maintenance things are handled within a couple of hours. They are responsive and kind. I haven't encountered a staff that is more glad to be at work than they are.

They seem to have a lot of activities going on, and there is a lot of participation. They're always trying to do things for the memory care folks. The times I've been there, participation and everything has been good. If she falls, the care staff are very pormpt about giving me a call to let me know what's going on. The building is constantly being taken care of. Also, my mom seems to like the way the dining room is set up and the way they do individual meals.

I am extremely comfortable with my dad there. The people, the quality of care, and the physical building are all great. I adore the front desk staff. They love seeing dad’s dog, they always offer him a treat. The care givers are very good as well and all know who I am and tell me how he's doing when I ask. He's gotten much, much better there.

Mom’s apartment is good, it's everything she needs. Trash is removed daily, the linens are washed weekly, and the housekeepers clean her apartment weekly, it's livable and clean. She enjoys many activities and keeps busy. The maintenance staff is really nice and they go above and beyond. The care is incredible, the care givers are amazing, and the value is fair. It's perfect for us.
