Falls River Court

We are satisfied with the community. I like the location, the size of it, there are just enough people there that you know everybody. We have been fortunate that everything has gone as smooth as it has.

I feel my mother is in excellent hands and I never have to worry. The care staff seems very caring, they’re always upbeat. My mom's room is always clean and the few times something has come up the maintenance people have come and taken care of it right away. The apartment is nice, it's homey. We haven’t had any problems, everything goes smoothly and we have been happy. We've very happy with the care, we're happy with everything.

It's a small, close knit community, and it's a really good value. The apartments are adequate and look clean. Laundry is done regularly and beds are changed weekly. The Executive Director is really easy to get along with and I know she cares. I think the value is pretty darn good for where we're at. I feel comfortable for sure with them there, it fits us perfectly.

The management has open lines of communication. The staff is very attentive and any questions or any concerns that we have they are always available and able to answer our questions. They have a wide variety of activities for the residents. The building is nice and nothing goes unrepaired and unaddressed.

We have been very happy here and my dad's apartment is perfect for him. Everything has always been good as far as I am concerned. They do a really good job with the activities during the week. He loves when they bring people in who play the piano. My dad rides the little bus for activities and enjoys it. The caregivers are great. He is constantly talking about how wonderful they are.

My mom has been very happy with the food there, she seems happy with everything meal-wise there. The Activites Director there is very good at getting my mom involved in stuff so I’m very happy with that. The healthcare staff is very good, everyone I've talked to seems good.

They treat mom like family. They are so loving and sweet. I couldn't ask for better. I think the value at this community is good. Everything I have had an issue with the management has addressed it. They have been very prompt at handling things. The cook there is really sweet about helping mom with her food choices and tries to fix what she will eat. They do a pretty good job of catering to what their abilities are in activities.The building is beautifully well maintained.

We have been happy with his treatment there. He never asked to go home and he never complains. He is pretty content there. It's always positive. I have been pleased with the way they have handled and situations that come up. They seem to be able to diffuse any situation. He is very happy with the food. Anything that they have had that I have eaten there has been good. All in all, I do feel like he is looked after medically. He has had really good care health wise.

The Nurses at the community were excellent and fabulous. My dad never complained about the food and when he wasn't going to the dining room, they'd bring it to him. Plus, I thought the menu options were good and there was a variety for various likes or dislikes. He felt safe, comfortable and it was a good experience for it was, so I tell my friends to check it out for their parents.

The social worker told me to look into assisted living and I went online and I went to Falls River and two others. They were comparable in price but I thought the feeling when you go to Falls River was a feeling like home which the others didn't have. I just love the place. They are doing so much for my mom. They keep me well informed. If she is not feeling well they keep me informed and I just like it. I think the food is good. It appears to be very appetizing and it tastes good. What I have seen in activities I think it is great. They have special happenings. They had some Irish dancers and every month or so they had some entertainment and introduced some food from different countries. The girl that is the social director is excellent. She does singing with them. She plays the guitar. I have never seen a social director as good as this girl. Her apartment is clean. The floors are vinyl which is really good because they can keep it clean better then carpet. The maintenance too are very, very good. My mom had to have special bedrails that are called halo. I didn't know how to install it and the maintenance man came to install it for me. If I notice a light bulb out in the ceiling I can call and they will take care of it. They have been wonderful to me. The gentleman who is the driver was taking my mom to the orthopedist. The driver got my mom there on time and they waited there for her. When they didn't wait they would ask how long she would be there and I would say an hour. They were very punctual. The care givers that I have run into and I have been there at all three shifts are always upbeat. They are always smiling and happy. I have seen them with other people and they are the same way. The care givers are just wonderful. My mom likes the ladies that come and assist her. They make sure she has her lipstick on and they fix her hair for special events. The whole place I can't say enough good things about it.
