I get along with everyone really good and everyone in management are all courteous and do things for you. The food is cooked well and they have all kinds of activities here. They have games, Wii games and crafts that you can do such as painting, crocheting and knitting. They have plenty to do for me and my wife. The building is good and if I have a problem I call maintenance and they come up to fix it. I lived for 10 years before coming here where I was taking care of myself and my wife so I am very satisfied with it here. It has been a huge plus moving in here and we are very comfortable here. I am totally satisfied living here.

Maintenance is very good and accommodating. Housekeeping staff is very caring, and her apartment is clean. Everytime I'm there, the bed is clean and made. They have a beautiful, clean dining room, good menu variety, and service has been good. Any time I've been in there with my mom, I have not been disappointed.

Management is great, the housekeeping is good and if I need to go some place there is usually someone to take me. I like it very much here.

I think they're doing a really good job on caring for my wife and nursing for my wife. The maintenance is really good there. He does a lot of different jobs and he knows what he's doing. In terms of housekeeping, I think they keep her room looking pretty good most of the time. The management is pretty good, and my wife feels safe and comfortable in this community.

I am satisfied with the price, services and accommodations I receive at the community. I can't see anything wrong with maintenance at the building and if something is wrong, it's fixed right away. There are plenty of activities offered and I do enjoy the entertainment they do. The food quality, variety on the menu and dining service are satisfactory. The parts of the building that are cleaned by the housekeepers are done good. I haven't had any problems with management. I feel safe and comfortable. Overall, I have adjusted and it feels like home now. Of the staff that I do know, they're just perfect people.

I would say the value of this community is good. The transportation services are good, and the care staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive. In terms of maintenance, everything seems kept up. They seem to be pretty good with the laundry services. The management team has always been decent when I've been there.

This community is the best around. I think the care staff is doing the best they can. I know the maintenance people there, and they're very caring and competent in what they do. If I ask them for help, they seem to be right on it. The maintenance team is top notch for sure. I know the activities directors try to do the best they can. Also, the food looks good and nourishing.

My dad moved out of the community, but the value is good for the average person. The healthcare staff did great and everyone was very nice. Everything always looked really nice and in good repair around the building. The community always seemed clean and smelled really nice, and laundry was fine. Any time I went to see him, there was always something going on activity wise, and if I was living there, I'd be participating. According to dad, the dining was good and there were lots of choices. Management was receptive to my questions and suggestions, and they were also easily accessible. Overall, he felt safe and comfortable at the community.

I am very pleased with the situation my mom is in. She is safe and has people to visit with. I am happy. Management usually addresses everything promptly, and they seem to be there for her whenever she has a problem. The dining service is very good. The response times from maintenance are very good.

The management is a team of good people. They have a great chef here, and the dining service is top notch. The activities are pretty good. Herr apartment is always clean and immaculate, and her laundry is done well too. The building is always in the best shape, and maintenance gets everything taken care of. My mom loves everyone who takes care of her. I am real pleased with everything and I am very happy to have her here.
