Things seem to be running smoothly. If you have a question, they answer it, and if they don’t have the answer, they find it for you. Billie and Norma both really like the food. They are really happy with it. Tommy in maintenance, he is just totally awesome, he will help you with anything. His helpers are just as helpful. The building is great. Just the care they gave, and the concern they give. I would recommend it.

This is a really nice community and I really like it here. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and tries hard to be accommodating. Most of the management is respectful, they seem to be very knowledgeable and their responsiveness is very good. The dining service is also good and they try to accommodate the residents. The food is good and the dining menu is fine. Maintenance does a great job and the building is beautiful.

They are very good at communicating and they can take care of all of my questions when I call, and call me if something comes up.

I think the people that manage this community do an excellent job. The food is good quality and the service is excellent. Housekeeping does an excellent job and I think the price is fair.

Management seems to be getting things done. The dining department does a good job, this community seems to have a lot of activities going on and the building is kept very nice and it is always clean. I am pleased with this community overall.

This is a great place for my mother. Staff members are caring and responsive, and management is very good at communicating any information. In addition, the community is clean and well kept, there is a good variety of activities, and the food is very good.

Management is really helpful and they are there for you. The servers in the dining room are really good and make sure they have your order right and the caregivers are right there if you need anything.

Anytime we have concerns or any questions, they are on it right away… Karen, the head of memory care, is wonderful. She is always interacting with the residents. She will send me a text or picture whenever she sees my mom doing something cute.

My husband and I feel very safe here.We're 12 days in and I am overwhelmed at the quality of care we're getting. They are above and beyond, A++. The food is great, the service is wonderful. We've never been treated this good before, it's a real eye-opener at how amazing and pleasant everyone is. The management has been very helpful and excellent. This is our first time in any care community. I am happy. I would stand up in front of 20,000 people to testify about Flagstone.

Mom’s been there three year in both the Assisted side and now Memory Care. We’re satisfied with the responsiveness and availability of management. One time I did see the dining menu and there seemed to be nice options. We’re very satisfied with housekeeping. From what I can see the caregivers are doing a pretty good job on that part. She is safe, comfortable, and they take Medicare now so the value is good. We love Flagstone, it's never going to be perfect, but overall it's good.
