My mother's apartment is perfect for her needs and she is safe and comfortable at this community. The management is very responsive. If I cannot get someone on the phone, they will call me back the same day. The food is okay, there appears to be variety in the menu and the service is great. This community is always very nice and clean. The care is great. Everybody is so kind, patient and quick to respond to any need.

My wife and I have been living here since February 2018. I would say that the price is fair. The apartment is great, I have no complaints. It has been an adjustment but we are really pleased with the location of the apartment and what we have in the apartment. The girl at the desk has been very helpful. We haven't gotten too involved with the activities because we are still transitioning. The help in the dining room has been wonderful, they are really great. It's been an adjustment, but we are happy here.

It's a safe environment and my mom is doing great there. Overall, the place has been really good for my mom, and we're not looking to move her. They do a really good job with activities. They go on outings. I think it's a really good mix of activities, very well done. The maintenance crew always seems to be hustling, they're always on it. They have a lot to do, but they make a big effort to get things done. I know there are little things mom needs, any safety concerns, get taken care of. The bus driver there, Jerry, is amazing, he's a great guy. He grew up in the area and knows it, and he does a really good job. She likes it there, she's happy and content.

It helps us a lot knowing she is in a safe place. For what we pay, the quality of care is very good. I think the value is reasonable, I really like it. Management has been very easy to deal with. If I call them, they always tell me right away about any issues. They offer quite a bit of activities, and I like that. She gets to go places with assistance. Maintenance is always on top of things. In the assisted part she kept flooding her bathroom and they always helped with that. We are in very close contact with her aides, so we get phone calls a lot. She requires a lot of assistance and they always help her. We really appreciate that.

It has definitely simplified my life. My dad is thriving there; we didn't think he'd be alive past this year. I think it's because he is getting his medication correctly and is having well balanced meals. It's been a great experience. The executive director took him to an appointment, he felt very special. My dad thinks it's wonderful. He thinks there is a lot of variety in the dining menu and that it's very good. I'm very satisfied with management. Any time my dad has had any issues or concerns the maintenance crew have been very receptive and helpful to him on those. It's just been great for him.

The top management here is excellent. She is very caring and helpful. The dining staff is very good at cutting the meat into small pieces for me. They are very good if you ask for something different. Laundry is very good. It is once a week. The housekeeping is once a week as well and it is very good. Our maintenance man is like our top boss. You couldn't get anyone better. Our bus driver is superior. They got a new bus that runs a little smoother and it has a lift for the wheelchairs. The bus driver is very good at taking care of anything that needs to be taken care of. They are very prompt. I am delighted with my apartment and the services here.

Management is very responsive, respectful, and warm and friendly. They're kind and efficient, and effective. I think my dad gets a lot for what he pays. Breakfast is wonderful, he loves it. Overall I would just say it's very well-managed.

We have found no problem with Management whatsoever. They've been wonderful. Any time I have question they've been great. As for dining, I look at the menu and think, wow, if we ate like that we'd be in heaven. I'm always looking at the calendar and there's always something going on. My mom uses the bus all the time, more in the summer. She and the bus driver are best buds. We can't complain, we really can't.

The caregivers are very responsive to my mom's varying needs. When I ask them questions they know what's going on. They just treat her really well. I think the value is excellent. You have a nice, bright, and clean facility. People treat my mom really well. I'm just really happy with where she is at.

My dad lives at the community and it seems satisfactory. Maintenance is really good. There are no problems there. Every once in a while they take him to his appointments but we usually take him where he needs to go. The staff appears to be accessible and responsive. Overall, he feels safe and comfortable living there.
