Compared to other comparable facilities in the area, the price is a really good value. The room is a good size. He has a one bedroom and both the bedroom and living room are large. The management team, particularly Paul, has been excellent. He has been very responsive and gone out of his way to correct any problems. His experience with tranportation has been excellent the time or two he has used it. He was pleased with their professionalism and that they would wait for him.

My parents moved out of the community, but everything at The Forum was wonderful. They used the transportation on occasion and the staff was as nice as they could be. The service was also flexible and available when needed. If we needed anything, the maintenance man had it taken care of as quickly as possible. Everything with the apartment cleaning and laundry was nice, and they were consistent. Our experience with their Activity Director was wonderful. The management staff was respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive. Overall, I was satisfied with the accommodations provided and they felt comfortable at the community.

Management and the whole staff is professional, knowledegeable and informative. The activities are pretty good and it is nice that you have things going on for people to be involved in. My housekeeper is pretty darn good and very helpful. This communitiy isn't cheap but they do a good job. I am getting my monies worth.

Management is very helpful and congenial, and they answer any questions. The housekeeper does a very good job and does everything I want done. They're very friendly and trustworthy. The dining service is very good.

The management is very good and have been very accessible. The staff in the dining room has been very good. When we moved in they were especially accommodating. The maintenance staff is very helpful. The common areas are always kept up nicely.

Everything that my sister needs is taken care of. I feel comfortable leaving her there and confident that she gets what she needs. The care staff ensure that everyone is include, and the maintenance staff was very helpful on her move in day. Also, my sister seems to be pleased with the food. I have no complaints. It's worth every dime because you're paying for the best!

The caregivers and management were professional, loving and caring. I thought this was a wonderful community.

Based on other communities that I have heard about, I think this place is the best and I hope to stay here because it's been a great experience. The waiters and waitresses know your name, are attentive and provide recommendations, so they're excellent. Otherwise, with the meals, transportation, activities, security and everything that goes into it, we're in a good place and I love my apartment; it's so bright and cheery.

For the money we are paying now I think we are getting our value.The dining is unbelievably good. The employees in the dining room go beyond what is expected of them, they help people with things, are accommodating and pleasant to be around.

I felt there was value there for what I paid. I liked that we could order off the side of the menu if we didn't like what was being served for that meal. The activities were very good. I participated in the Tai Chi and the exercise. I participated in quite a few things. For having someone do the cleaning just an hour a week, they did a great job in a short time. I didn't think it was going to be enough time, but it was. They cleaned the baths, vacuumed, and sent the laundry out. I thought they did a good job. I loved the transportation service. It was great and very efficient.
