Management was all pretty good, maintenance took care of everything that needed to be done and the caregivers were great. Tracy Hartner did an excellent job and is a tremendous help.

We were quite happy to move in. I also was very excited to find a cottage instead of an apartment building because of having dogs. The people that showed us around were really terrific. They go out of their way to help you and accommodate you. The food is quite decent and the building is kept very well. From looking at the activities schedule there is something for everybody.

Everybody in management was quick to call when there was an issue. They knew my mom's name. The dining staff was very friendly, the menu had plenty of options of food that she would eat, and there were always flyers in the elevator to tell the residents the activities for that day. They did a good job with housekeeping. Maintenance was quick to fix things.

My mother has been very happy here and I have been too. She couldn't have been happier with the food and the dining service.

My mom knew a few people that live there and we live close by, so she recently moved in. We had lunch there, it was very nice, the food was great. The building looks really nice. Everything is great.

The meals are balanced, not too salty, too sugary, or too fatty. I really appreciate the quality and variety of options and the dining staff is awesome. It is pretty phenomenal how clean the property is, not just their room, but the whole property. The community has a good vibe to it.

The management has all been very respectful. The food has been very good and the personnel in the dining room are super. They have a lot of activities going on here. Maintenance has been super. The common areas are kept up well. I used the transportation once and it was very good. The driver was excellent. You couldn't ask for anything better.

We visited quite a few other communities and we just really liked the atmosphere and the layout of the place. It didn't look institutional, the setting was beautiful. Everyone was super friendly when we visited, a lot of the residents seemed very happy. The management seems very keen on resident satisfaction, any issues we've brought, they seem to address. The food is fantastic, I'm very happy with the dining. It's an outstanding value.

Management is very quick to respond to a need, they're just wonderful. There's no way you can go to all of the activities but you certainly have a lot of options. I'm able to have my dog here and I'm very happy.

Anytime we find something we need the staff is right there to help. The activities are excellent and they offer plenty to do. The cleaning of our apartments is excellent.
