The Forum at the Woodlands

I chose to move into this community because my daughter lives in Magnolia and she found this place. It's perfect for me because it gives me two meals along with my rent. I'm very happy here and I'm enjoying the peace and quiet of this place. I think I made a very good choice moving here. It's a beautiful place and it's thoroughly worth the money. The food is perfect, I'm enjoying every bit of it and the servers are very kind and very nice. The value is probably perfect because I don't have to worry about getting groceries or anything like that. I really enjoy the meals and the different choices of meals. I'm quite happy with the whole thing.

I used to live very close, so the reason we chose it for my mother-in-law was mainly location. Management has been very, very good, and housekeeping has been pretty good. She loves the food and the activities. The value is very good, everything has been wonderful and she seems to be happy.

I chose The Forum because it was just the feeling when I got into the place, I knew it was going to be right. The food is too good, too good. It's very good. At this point I think there's enough activities. Right now I am perfectly happy with what I have to do. Housekeeping is wonderful. I had it today, I came back in, and it was clean as can be. Maintenance is very, very, very prompt. Management is just there for you. If you need anything they can do it, and help you. I'm very happy with where I am.

I thought it was a great value. Very competitive in this market for the services they provided. There are quite a number of activities to participate in. The housekeeping staff were very personable and they did a good job. In terms of management, they just tried to go out of their way to accommodate my mom with things she requested.

Over a year ago my sister-in-law sent me to three different places like the Forum. Each day she took me it was lunch time and when the time came to make the choice I chose the Forum and moved in because my kids thought it would be better than a house. The staff seems to care. The quality and variety of the food is exceptional. The service is very good. The housekeeping is very good. The maintenance staff hung a TV in the bedroom for me. I think from the time I turned the work order in to the time they completed the job it was a matter of hours. The building is fine and it is very good.

I have a good friend who lives in The Woodlands and she convinced me that since The Forum at The Woodlands was close to me, it'd be a good spot. I got in on the special, so I feel like the price of the community is very reasonable. When I ask for help, management is always right there and they'll help me with most of the things that I need, so I am pleased with that. The food is excellent and there is a good variety, so I am satisfied with the dining experience, including the waiters who do a good job. There is more activities than I can handle, appearing to be consistently offered and well planned. Regarding maintenance, I had difficulty with the door sticking and a light bulb in the oven that went off, but the guys came right up and fixed it. Overall, I think the building is good and it's been a good experience for me at the community.

There was good quality with the food from dining. I was pleased with the services that Mom was provided here at The Forum. I have kept her boxes from the move out because I am pretty sure she will be back. The staff is wonderful and the facility is phenomenal.

The setting was better for my mother and I feel that it's a good value for the money. I know that there are activities available, the Christmas concert was quite nice and I think the quality and variety of the food is quite good. They come to clean the apartment and seem to be doing a good job and the building appears to be clean and well maintained.

e selected it after looking at everything in the area. The quality of the staff stood out. I like the manager over here. Cindy was a big help. We are really quite pleased with the move in and being able to have things taken care of and the food is very good. Housekeeping and laundry have been good as well.

I did some research, looked at several, and thought the environment was closer to what my parents were used to. I thought with the lakes, the grounds would be more like home. Also the price point was interesting, because we were able to get in on a special. The meals are very creative, very good, and everything comes hot. The servers are fantastic, and the menus are varied and change, you never get bored. The staff is so sweet; they make it a pleasant experience. The management team was really good following up on getting us in, and in general the people at the front desk are phenomenal. There are a lot of activities and I like the idea they have so many offerings. I like that they all dressed up for Halloween and Thanksgiving, it's a very cheerful place. I always see maintenance men walking around and we have no issues with anything in my parents' apartment not working. The laundry service is good, they're very patient with my parents, and they go the extra mile. It’s a great staff; most have been there for 35 years. The apartment my parents have is all updated, granite and stainless steel in the apartment, and maintenance is really responsive. Just the fact they're there has taken a huge weight off my shoulders.
