The Forum at the Woodlands

I feel like I am getting a good value here. So far, they seem like the activities are going to be very good. They did share a calendar of events with me when I moved in. The management and dining staff have all been very nice and helpful. I have no complaints about this community.

I moved in because everyone was so friendly. The management staff have handled all my problems. The staff is very nice in the dining room. There are a lot of things to do here, sometimes people cant get ahold of me because I'm so busy. The building and grounds are well taken care of. The driver is excellent. If I had the opportunity, I would tell everybody about this place.

I think the value here is excellent. I have no qualms at all about the price and the amenities included. They did an excellent job getting the place ready and answered all our questions. It's beautiful.Housekeeping has been excellent. My mother likes the activities offered, they pay attention to her and try to get her started on some of the activities. The food was excellent and the service was excellent. There were a lot of options available to chose from. The caretakers have been attentive and very helpful. When touring, many of the staff and residents commented that it was a great place to live and I would have to agree. It has been excellent for my mom.

I think the value is appropriate. It's not overly expensive for what they generally offer, so I think it's right. We have had the housekeepers come in and clean my mother's room once so far, and that was just fine. I think the management has done very well here.

My daughters made the decision more than I did but I enjoy being here. I was able to get in on a very wonderful deal that they made which was how I got to move in so quickly and I feel very fortunate that that is a lifetime deal. I really feel it's worth it. I'm glad to be closer to my children and have the level of help I have. The girls have been making my bed and that has been a tremendous help. The only thing I've really participated in is Sit and Be Fit and I'm glad it's here. Jackie in management is more than respectful, she is always very responsive and when she can't answer you right away, she gives a reason why. It's been wonderful I think it'd be nice if lots of people lived here.

Management is good. I think the services they provide here are pretty good too. I haven't had any major concerns. I think the food is good. I chose this place because my daughter lives in the area. It's been good.

Even without the discount we got it would be great. I think it's very competitive and for what I'm getting, I think the price is very fair. It's beautiful; it looks like you're driving into a castle or something. It's beautifully maintained. The housekeepers do a marvelous job, they really do. The place looks immaculate. It's like going to a five star restaurant, it has been lovely and the food has been wonderful. The management staff is very, very nice. I haven't met anyone at The Forum that I wouldn't highly recommend. I couldn't have done it without Mike; he came in here and hung all my pictures and TV. They've been wonderful, everybody has been bending over backwards, and they’re all very nice people. They go out of their way to help us out.

I chose this community because I could bring my two cats. Management has been responsive to everything that we have asked for. They shared a very detailed calendar of activities with me when we moved in. If you put a work order in, Maintenance is there almost immediately. I think they just go above and beyond here for anything you need. They're very helpful.

Management has been very helpful with any questions that we had and the lady that showed us around was very helpful with any questions I had. The food to me is surprisingly good which sounds bad, but I felt like it was going to be more like cafeteria food. It's actually a real meal with nice choices. We had a list of things that needed to be done and maintenance was quite prompt with taking care of them. The common area is kept very nicely. It feels like a home rather than an a apartment or motel and everyone we have interacted with has been very happy so far.

I have a lovely screened in little balcony there, and I am doing it up very nicely. Considering everything that they have, a lovely place to live that is well maintained, great staff at the front door every time you come in, food service - I think if I was staying at a nice hotel it would cost me more than this! And that's what it feels like! I have not experienced anything but five-star service. The service in the dining room is lovely. The wait staff is very professional and very personable. The food is always hot when it is supposed to be hot and cold when it is supposed to be cold. The food is very good and the menus are very good. There is a great activities calendar that tells you when and what and where. From what I can see, there are so many things, and I appreciate that you have workout facilities! All of the residents are so warm and welcoming! The maintenance people have volunteered to help in any way they can. The staff is superb. They remembered my name! I feel very blessed to be here, and I think their facility is well run and maintained. They get a five star in my book. People need to know that this is available! This is an option that you can have instead of staying in an apartment complex by yourself with a bunch of college-age kids!
