Fountain View Village

They are doing an excellent job, especially under difficult circumstances right now with the Coronavirus. She likes the food and I think the activities are really good. She likes the sit and fit class, the pool and gym. I think the maintenance have done a good job of responding to her work orders in a timely manner and they do a fine job with housekeeping.

The management have gone over and beyond helping her out. Terri is beyond fantastic. She has been up there to help my mom countless times just assisting. I can't say enough about them in that area. They are just fantastic. They have lots of things for them to do over there in activities and that is fantastic. The housekeepers are courteous and do a good job and visually, the building maintenance is fantastic.

The management has done a very good job. We are right in the middle of this virus and the staff is protecting us in the utmost but at the same time they are trying to make our life as pleasant as they can given the circumstanes. The gal that runs the activities is very, very good at it and I think she makes the place pleasant.

I think they're doing a good job with the dining, recently I had a really good beef and gravy. The housekeeping girl was just here and they do a wonderful job of cleaning. They come in every other week. Maintenance is also excellent and transportation was good before the virus came.

Therapy was excellent. They allowed me to bring his scooter over from next door from his room. They worked with him to make sure he could use that. They got him walking. They got him doing several exercises that I thought we good for him to be moving around. The staff at PT was excellent. The management was very accommodating. I think the food offered was adequate. The care staff did a good job of keeping him medicated and clean hygencially.

I think it's a fair price for what we get and it's a nice place. Management is doing a good job. They are personable and are nice people. The housekeeper for our apartment is responsive to requests. Transportation has gotten me where I needed to go in good time and safely. Activities are interesting and I enjoy participating in them.

I come from California, and this community has way more value than my mother would have gotten here. Whatever has been needed to be fixed, the maintenance staff is right there. They even went over and above with her fridge. The housekeeping services are lovely gals that are always changing the bedding, vaccumming, and cleaning the bathrooms. The head of activities is just a darling. She is always going around making the residents aware of what is going on, including mom. The food is hot and the dining service is great. The healthcare staff is respectful and the doctor texts me. Overall, management must be doing exceedingly well because we were exceedingly happy with who the staff is and how the community is maintained. We're one of their extremely happy people because they have gone out of their way to help me on so many occasions.

Management and housekeeping is very good, and maintenance is very prompt. For the most part, the food is good, and the service is pretty good. The price here is pretty average. I have nothing but good things to say about this community. I am very content here.

There are always activities to do. Terri, the activities director, does a great job. The housekeeping is okay. I love my apartment. I love my balcony and spend a lot of time out there. I am really pretty contented here, and overall, I am pretty happy.
