Fountain View Village

Management was wonderful and I was very satisfied with the food, there's a nice variety and I love their homemade soup, it was always pleasantly presented and was very good. The housekeeping was very good, my cleaning lady was excellent. Everyone was friendly and professional, the people there are wonderful.

I’ve lived here five years and the help is always friendly and good, the level of service is good. There’s an excellent variety of activities and I do participate in some, Carrie does a magnificent job of planning. The bus and driver are always satisfactory. All the drivers are good. I think my housekeeper does a good job. I am satisfied. I think the maintenance crew keeps the place very neat and clean. I feel very comfortable and safe here. I have no complaints.

Management tries very hard. I like the food just fine, there is quite a bit of variety as well. I don't participate a lot but I think they have a lot of activities offered. Housekeeping is fine, she comes every other week.

The services and things to do are very good at the community.

We chose this community for my mom because it is really close to my home. Management has been wonderful, the servers in the dining room are all nice and my mom has been very happy with the food. She has been really happy with the housekeeping and the maintenance has been great so far. The transportation has been great. We had to make a change and they were great to work with about that. The med techs are great and are always available and ready. We have had a really good experience here.

I think location was the biggest reason we chose Fountain View Village for mom. I live out of state and the management handled it well. She's already tried the transportation, which is good, because she's never done that elsewhere. It was a huge step for her. I think for what activities are offered there it's excellent. When I took the tour what I saw was very nice. According to my mother the food is fabulous. The maintenance team has been very helpful. Everybody has been helpful, accommodating, and answered all my questions. It's worked out for my mom and she is very happy there. Considering the prices in California where we came from, I would say the value is excellent.

My mother in law has lived at Fountain View Village for 3 and half years, and the initial setup was fabulous, otherwise I haven't had a need to contact management since that time, which is good. They also have in-house rehab and we have taken advantage of that, it's nice to have conveniently at the community. The wait service is good and they have been responsive to people that want to take food to their rooms, so it sounds like they have adapted the best they can. We actually have a comparison because we know someone in Phoenix who is paying $1000 less, but there are quality of issues about that, so you do get your value here.

Management has been very helpful with both of my parent’s moves within the community. Management has answered all questions we've had and filled us in on some things we didn't know about. Give the staff a gold star because they have been very helpful. The healthcare has been very good and the people that we've interacted with so far are wonderful. My parents are happy with the meals and the servers are very attentive. We've had a good experience with maintenance. We've had a few things that needed to be fixed and Keefer has been very helpful. My parents have been very happy with everything so far.

I think the price is fair at Fountain View Village. I have one of the larger apartments at the place and it's very adequate for me. I am pretty satisfied with the community and the environment, so I recommend the community quite often.

We moved my mom in because I think it was rated a five star facility. It's very clean and I think they're on top of maintenance. They fixed her TV properly so that was very good.
