We love the community! My Mom is comfortable there and has made her home there now. I think management is doing a wonderful job at keeping everybody safe, at keeping the rules, and not putting any of the residents in jeopardy. I think they're doing a great job. The activity leaders are also doing a great job with keeping everybody involved and inviting people and encouraging people to get involved. And they have a good variety of things to do. I think it's wonderful. They seem to do a really good job with housekeeping and whenever there is a maintenance issue and my mom has to call down to the office, it's resolved right away.

Management is very receptive and when I call they usually call me back. They are very good at what they do. The dining staff seems very nice and the food looks nutritious. Maintenance is terrific and they keep the place spotless. They do a heck of a job. If you have a concern he takes care of it right away. The whole maintenance staff there is terrific. The caregivers are also terrific. They all seem to join in and help wherever help is needed. It seems like a great team effort. I think they are all pretty terrific. Compared to other places I think the price is fair. I appreciate their dedication and all their hard work. The little things they do make a difference and I appreicate everything they do every single day. I can't begin to thank them enough.

I am satisfied with the price, services and accommodations provided to my mother. We were looking to get assistance, nursing care and for her to be safe, which has been met 100%. The healthcare staff is very good and they check on her a lot. The maintenance man has been helpful and the staff is pretty good with the laundry services. They offer bingo, church communion that comes in once a week, a newcomer's welcoming and they even had a Mardi Gras party. The dining is very good, the food is warm and it's a vast improvement from her previous place. Management is accommodating, very thorough and always seem to make time for us, even before we signed on. She feels comfortable and we're very pleased.

In regards to dining, it is nice that they can order anything that they want. There are quite a few activities and the activities assistant is very nice. The apartment always looks clean and the floors are clean. The building is always tidy and clean and they are always painting. It is nicely decorated. My mom really likes all the decorations for every holiday. They are very timely about anything needed in her apartment. I really like all the nurses and they are very attentive.

I think the management is all good, the housekeeping is pretty good and maintenance fixes things right away. The vehicle is in good shape and the caregivers responsiveness is pretty good. They are always there for me and they are always respectful.

I have had no issues and concerns with the management, and they have always been attentive. My mom does her own laundry, and the machines are available and clean and functional. In regards to maintenance, for the few times that things needed to be addressed, they have been prompt in addressing them. My mom uses the transportation service quite a bit, and in terms of availability and coverage and range, the transportation is good.

The manager is a very wonderful person. I go to exercise all the time. I go Monday through Friday, and I like that very much. The housekeeping comes every other week, and they do a very good job. The maintenance team does a good job.

I am very happy with the management. My mom really enjoys the people that lead the activities. She seems to be well taken care of. We don't have any complaints. My mom hasn't had any complaints on housekeeping. The place is clean. I haven't heard anything negative about the dining.

The value of the community for my father is good, and I would move there because of the nice apartments. He has no fears of being unsafe, and he feels comfortable. The healthcare staff answers questions, and they're there. Compared to his previous community, it's like a brand new building, and they have excellent maintenance staff. I know his room is cleaned weekly, and laundry is always folded and hung up. It's been nothing but good experiences with activities. I just did the exercise class, and I was surprised at how good it was. The dining service gets your order correct, and there are good, healthy choices offered on the menu. Overall, the front desk is helpful, and I am happy with everyone I have met so far.

The activities staff do a good job of providing activities and coming down to my dad's room to get him out there and get him involved. They do a good job of checking on him when they don't see him at bingo. Sherry in the healthcare department stays on top of everything. She calls me right away if there are any issues or if she has any questions or if there is anything missing from my dad's file. They are very good at staying on top of everything and checking in with him daily. The care givers are very attentive. THe management team is accessible and responsive. There is a good variety on the menu.
