My mother in law is fine with the activities that they have. She goes for things that she likes. The housekeeping is fine. They do a good job. My mother in law does use the transportation, and that works out fine. They take her for some doctors' appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and that works out great. She loves it and is happy in this community. She feels absolutely safe and comfortable. She loves the place, she loves the people, and it is close for us. We love it.

The staff at the community a wonderful job, and I haven't run into anyone there that is rude or nasty. I feel wonderful about the care because they're great about checking on her for meals and calling me. They do a good job with the housekeeping and laundry services. If you call and say something is wrong, the maintenance staff comes quickly. The food is fine, and the service staff makes them feel welcomed and happy. They know what the different residents like or don't like. The people I have dealt with in management have been great. She feels safe and comfortable living at the community. Overall, it works for us and it's a great fit, so we're really happy with it.

My mother liked it there, and she participated in everything. She used the transportation for doctors' appointments, and it worked out very well. It was an important feature for us. It was easy to make an appointment on the day that were available. Whenever there something that was needed, the maintenance team was there in a timely fashion. Laundry and housekeeping was excellent. They always had some kind of activity going on. My mother always enjoyed aparticipating in them, and the staff always went to get her.

The care staff is very respectful and kind. They contact my family if there is any information. The maintenance team is good when you need help. They maintain the yard perfectly, and they are currently working on renovating the front door. The housekeeping services are really good. The management team is on the ball and do what needs to be done. It's a peace of mind knowing that we're being taken care of.

The management team answered all of our questions, kept my family up to date, and helped our move-in transition go smoothly.We haven't had any issues with the housekeeping. My mother participates in all of the activities, and they have been great. I feel like we're getting a good value at this community.

The maintenance is great. They don't wait for you to remind him about a request a second time. Within a day or two, the request is taken care of. The people working there are great and my Mom is happy here.

The dining room is always clean. The staff is really nice. From what I see, they offer a lot of activities. The care givers are outstanding. Sherri, the main nurse, is so good to my dad, and the response time is excellent. The maintenance team is good. They offer a lot of activities. He really likes it there, and that says everything about the staff.

The nursing care was outstanding from day one. I have been very happy with the management. My father was very happy with the dining. The building maintenance was exceptional. The maintenance team was very good. In talking with some friends that have parents in similar situations, the value is quite good.

The activities are great. The housekeeping is pretty good. Every time I have asked maintenance for something, they have fixed it right away. The caregivers are great. Joe, the driver, is also great.
