Overall I would say the activities are very good. My kids tell me all the time that I am lucky to live here. I have everything I need and this is home. I am very satisfied here. The dining is good. The menu is varied and they offer a lot of different things to suit both the younger and older residents. The housekeeping is good. Mine comes every Wednesday. They are nice girls and they work fast. The maintenance is taken care of very quick when you put in a request as well. If I need something done I call Dan the Man, that is what I call him. The care is good. They have a lot of nurses aides and they come when you call them.

I chose this community for my brother because we had knowledge of this community from a neighbor that works there. Judy, the marketing director, was extremely helpful. I live in North Carolina and my brother is there in Illinois so it was a difficult situation and Judy was very helpful with getting my brother moved in. I've only spoken with a couple of the nurses and they've been helpful. The building looks excellent and the apartment was in great shape when we moved my brother in. The value is excellent.

In regards to the management, everybody is extremely responsive. She had fallen and broke her hip and was in a rehab facility for a while. They were in and out of there. They would come over and assess her. They would keep in touch. They were very good. My mom is very pleased with the young folks that dothe cleaning. They are generally consistent. The gentleman who is in charge of the maintenance has been the same guy all along. He is very accommodating and very responsive. The building is very well kept. It always looks bright and clean. There are a number of nurses have been very helpful. They always contact me. If there is ever a problem I will hear about it. I don't think there is a whole lot of improvements needed. It is as good as we have seen and somewhat exceptional.

The care staff are good, they're always in my mom's room talking to her and giving her meds. I'm happy with her care and if I call with a question the care staff is around to answer me. We've eaten there and I think the food is fine, they have a good variety. They have a lot of activities but my mom doesn't do too many of them any more because she's 101 years old. They do have the activities list posted in the elevator which is nice. Maintenance does a good job. If my mom has a problem with changing a light bulb or something, maintenance gets on it pretty quickly. My mom's place is always clean.

I am happy with my apartment. It is really cute. I have a window in my bedroom and one in my living room. That is nice. I get some light and can see better here. I think the management is doing a fabulous job. They seem to have our interests at heart and try to put things in place that we would like. We have a lot of entertainment on Friday's at three and that is very good. One day we had three things going on at one time. You then had to pick which one you would rather go to. The driver takes me over to the hospital to get my blood tested and that has been very good. The housekeeping is very good. I have one of the best housekeepers in my opinion. The housekeeping works out pretty good and I am satisfied with what they do. We have two maintenance men who are very good. We fill out a sheet and when they have time they come and take care of it. I had trouble with my TV and with lights burning out. They took very good care of me.

In regards to the management, I think it has been great. I have never had a problem. The chef is not bad. I like the idea that they keep the salt level low. The activities are fantastic. People come in and do singing. I monitor her activities on the website every day. The housekeeping is perfect and the maintenance is fine. I have never had a problem with any of the care givers. If I ask them to do something they will do it right away. Overall, it is the best in the area.

Overall, I was impressed. I had the tour and Judy was very pleasurable. The place seemed great and that is what we went with. I made my decision right away. They have quite a few activities to offer. Every time I have been there everything has been clean and her laundry basket has never been overflowing. My mom still wanted to go home and the nurses were really great in helping her to make the transition and work with her.

My loved one's room is okay and the building is nice looking. I've been satisfied with her care and housekeeping.

Everyone has been very friendly, very nice, very knowledgeable and accessible if we've ever needed anything. They're very accommodating to my mom and dad. The care staff has been fantastic, maintenance has been very responsive and housekeeping does a fantastic job. I think for what my parents are getting the price has been very appropriate and it's comparable to others. I know my mom and dad really like it there.

We're new here, been here about four months now, my husband and I. I like the food, and I think it's getting better and better. They have a lot of activities going on and work very hard to help people enjoy their stay here. They almost always have something going day and evening. Transportation has been very reliable. Joe, the driver, takes us where we need to be and comes back and picks us up. Housekeeping has been wonderful. The ladies that come in regularly are good and pleasant. Having the laundry done is a real gift, and I know maintenance is quick to repair any problems we have. When I first got here I was very unhappy, all I wanted to do was go home. I have adjusted and have come to appreciate the care I get. All in all I would say we are having a good experience.
