Fox Point

They offer quite a few activities. They go out to eat, to band concerts and take bus rides. They have a lot of entertainment. They do the laundry quite well and my apartment gets cleaned every week. For the time they have they do it well. They keep it pretty well maintained. They keep the lawn done and the snow shoveled. They do a good job. If you have something wrong in your room the maintenance staff will take care of it. They have a bus to take you to the doctor twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. They also take you shopping if want to go.

My wife and I enjoy the activities when we are able to attend them. Management is very good and housekeeping does a good job. Overall the building is in good shape. In terms of care, my wife gets her showers and that service is just fine.

I think the value is pretty good. They do things for you and they give you privacy which I think is great. Everything seems to be run pretty well and management seems to do alright. The service in the dining room is very good and the activities are fair. The housekeeping is fine. They come once a week to clean and do my laundry. Maintenance is pretty good and friendly. They fixed a door for me. The caregivers do their job. I like Sherry. She is very nice.

I am perfectly happy at this community and my apartment is fine. Everybody here in the management is perfectly fine. They are fair and square and I trust them. The food is good. I eat well. I eat what I get and I am perfectly happy with it. The servers are very good. The housekeeping is very good. All I have to do is throw my clothing in a hamper and they will take it to clean it. They clean the house whenever they want to and I just get out of their way. They keep it going all the time and take their time. I think they are all quite easy to get along with.

In the past three years I've been here, the managers have been very friendly and they tell you the truth when you talk to them. And I like everything about them. If you call maintenance they always send somebody up right away. On the transportation here I’ve gone to different places to eat and different places they have. The bus is in 100% good condition. I think they do a good job with activities. They ask people what they would like to do and listen to us. I'm comfortable, and it's a fair price and a safe place. I would recommend it 100%.

For what is offered there and the space my mother-in-law has it is well worth the price. The management team is extremely helpful. She looks forward to playing bingo and the Happy Hour on Fridays in activities. She has done some of the outings and concerts in the park. They are keeping her busy. The maintenance team is doing their job very well. If there is an issue with anything they are there within a day fixing it. I think it is a very well kept building. The care goes above and beyond their duties, I think personally.

I feel so safe living here. The housekeeping and maintenance has been good here. They keep the building and grounds great. I use the transportation to go places and the care staff has been good.

If you have to be in a place like this, this is not a bad place to be. The activities are great. They offer a lot of things here for us. We have trips and outings for different things. You could really be busy all day long if you wanted to. The housekeeping comes in once a week and they do a good job. I use the bus to go to church on Sunday's. I commend the staff that works here because they are so friendly. As soon as I moved here they started calling me by my name and that was nice. They are just nice people.

Even though she was limited in what she could do, living her last year was best at this place. The care staff took good care of my sister while she lived here. The food is good and they gave you plenty of it. The activities were entertaining and the maintenance keeps the building in good shape.

I'm so new here, I've been here two weeks, and management is fine. I love the exercise, the transportation, the Communion ceremony, activities like that. I like the transportation to take me to church, and I'm satisfied with the availability for other uses. Maintenance got my internet set up, so I am pleased with that. Laundry is fine, I do my own, and the laundry room is great. Sometimes the food is great, sometimes a little better than average, and the wait staff are very nice. I am happy with the apartment, and I feel safe and comfortable in it. I would recommend Fox Point to someone if they could afford it, it is a lot of money, but the value is all good.
