Fox Point

Dad just moved from a much more expansive place that wasn’t nearly kept up as well. I'm happy with the price, the people there are very friendly. Housekeeping has been good, they come weekly, and his apartment looks really nice. I know he's safe, he is settled in and comfortable there, it's very nice.

I think it definitely compares to the others we looked at and is a much better value. I really like the atmosphere here. My husband feels safe and comfortable in the community. The activities all seem nice and they are well attended. His room is always neat and clean every time I go to visit him. The care staff here is outstanding. They are angels. They are responsive and super attentive. I am satisfied and I have great confidence that he is being taken care of.

Everything about Fox Point was wonderful. The condition of the building was excellent. You can't get assisted living like that any where in the area. It is the best one. The living spaces are so important and they provide them. You have no idea how grateful I am for the care givers. They were johnny-on-the-spot for my aunt. The care givers were excellent and they should all keep their jobs for the next 20 years. The price was very fair. She felt comfortable enough to be herself. I hope it is still around when I get old. I feel that stongly about Fox Point.

I have lived here in the community for over five years. I really like my apartment a lot. I feel very comfortable here. There are a lot of activities for us to do. There is always something going on for someone to be involved in. I'm fine here.

I have been at Fox Point for 2 years now and it's fine for me, it's bright and isn't dark or spooky. Management is good and when the food comes, you're happy to see it because it's tasty. The activities offered are entertaining and offered consistently, the housekeeping looks better than I could do and the place looks as good as the sign outside. The healthcare staff is respectful, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive so I know they'd be there for me. Overall, I have nothing bad to say about the place, I am safe and comfortable here.

I have lived here for almost two years. I am satisfied with the lunches they provide. The activities are entertaining, I get very nice care, the maintenance is quick to respond the requests and they provide good transportation. It seems to be very good so far. I think they are better than most places.

I find the management to be very efficient, they manage us very good and take care of us. Housekeeping is very good, they're clean, they're efficient, they put my stuff away for me. It's very clean, they do a very good job. If I spill something, they're in here right away to clean it up, Dave is a very good man. The healthcare services are very good, they take care of me, look after me, take my blood sugar all the time and make sure I eat. They're very good.

The services are great at this community and I love my friend's apartment. Management is always very friendly and helpful. This community offers a good variety of activities and they have a lot of activities that people can do. They go out to different restaurants and go on different rides. Maintenance always comes right in and fixes things and the vehicles seem to be in very good condition. It's been a good expereice.

My mother moved into this community because it had everything that we were looking for and it was a nice place. It had a nice layout and everything was close together. Her apartment is nice and over sized. Judy, in management, is great. The food was okay and the service in the dining room was good. It appears that they have a lot of activities. The housekeeping seems to be fine. They are keeping her apartment clean and they take her garbage out. The laundry and building are good. The caregivers are always there and teh nurses are really nice.

Upon moving my mother in everyone has been wonderful and helpful and handled any questions we have had almost immediately. Mom is liking most of the food and she can be pretty fussy, so that is a huge recommendation for the dining department. The activities department has tons of things going on, mom has started playing bridge in the evenings with several ladies. The care staff have been great with getting mom her medicine on time and they really seem to be on top of things. Everything is going great.
