Fox Point

My loved one has been there just about two years. The managers have been helpful, Fox Point has a lot of activities, and dining is good. The servers are really nice. Housekeeping and Care Services are good. The staff appear to be accessible and responsive here.

I would recommend it to anybody. I'm kept more than busy. I am satisfied with the services here.

I am very happy here because I have the freedom to move around as I like. The management treat you great and are very concerned about you. They have plenty of activities here to keep you busy. I feel very comfortable here.

I would recommend Fox Point based on our experiences. Sabrina who is the director seems to be doing a good job. Communication seems to be good as well. Any time we have questions or concerns we have gotten responses to it. The times that I have been there I think that they do a really good job with the food. It is presented in a manner that is pleasing to the eye.

Whatever you ask of Management, they get it done. They have a lot of good musical entertainment. Everybody enjoys the Happy Hour. Housekeeping is fine and I think that maintenance does a pretty fine job too. Everything is fine here.

The caregivers, the management, everybody there is just phenomenal. The housekeepers do a great job and Dan in maintenance is always there for my mom when she calls. I think the facility is really well maintained. The caregivers go out of their way for anything she needs. Mostly everyone is just phenomenal.

The caretakers are very helpful and very quick, if you call them they're here. Housekeeping has been fine, they come once a week and everything is done very well. I would suggest this place to them if they needed a place. Everyone is very helpful, if there are things I can't do they do them very well. Since moving in to Fox Point the caretakers have been really good, they answer my page and help me with whatever I need. Maintenance takes care of whatever I ask of them and they take care of it well. Right now the value is good and I'm pleased with being here.

We toured the facility and it looked clean, everyone was personable, the rooms were nice, all the amenities and everything seemed to fit what we were looking for. It's very clean, I think the housekeepers do a good job. I think 99% of the staff is wonderful. I think overall it's a really nice place. Everybody is really friendly.

We chose Fox Point for my mother because of the cleanliness and the location. Everything has been going well. The building itself was very clean. Her bedroom and the hallways are clean. Everything seems well maintained. The nurses and aides are always very attentive when we are there. When we ask them to do something, they are right there to do it. It has been a nice experience.
