The community is doing a good job. The nurse Victor is very attentive and always available. If he is busy he will stop what he is doing to talk to me. The nurses, aides and medtechs all seem to be doing a good job. The housekeeping is also going well.

My mother has been well taken care of at the community. The care staff s good and Victor, the head of nursing, he is wonderful. All of the staff is nice to my mother. When she does need something, John in maintenance is wonderful. He is always there if she needs something. The laundry service is good and consistent. There are enough activities as well as a good variety. The price is also fair.

The care staff is great at the community. They are respectful and approachable. You don't have to ask them to do something twice. The maintenance is excellent and John in the maintenance department is very understanding and prompt. The building is in excellent condition and it does not smell like other communities. The housekeeper is outstanding and the food is not institutional. It is home cooked and I could not be more satisfied with the team in charge of the food. The food is excellent. The value is good. I could not be more satisfied with my father's stay at the community.

The nurses are very attentive, and my mother would not be able to function so well without them. Also, the management team is very caring and helpful, John, the head of maintenance, works very hard, and the current activities director is great.

She is getting the best possible care for the money that she is paying. She enjoys the food and activities and there's a gal in housekeeping who makes sure things are done for her.

They take care of people in Memory Care there, make sure everyone is fed and gets enough to drink. For my dad, Tuesday’s housekeeping cleans his apartment and Thursdays they do the wash. They do a good job. Maintenance keeps the building up nice, cut the grass, and inside everything looks nice. He had some issues with a leak from somewhere else in the building and they took care of that. The care givers are fine. They're all over the place; I would say they have plenty of employees. They do a good job, take care of him. I feel safe with him being there.

The care staff is very sociable and if you have any questions they're happy to answer. My dad likes the food; he talks about it all of the time. He really likes the breakfast and things like that with the scrambled eggs and bacon. I really do like the atmosphere and the whole place. My dad likes it and that's what counts. It's a very nice place and we're pretty happy with what goes on there.

My mom's been there over a year, I've really been satisfied with everything, I truly couldn't find anything wrong. She's always clean, the room is clean, the bathroom is taken care of. The nurses and doctors take care of her, Nancy, especially, has been so kind to my mom. Everybody that's been there has been very kind to her and very caring. I think it's been good for the price and everything.

Management is always good with answering questions when I come in. The manager is always very nice. Maintenance is fabulous, when we ask him to do something, he's right there. The healthcare staff is very nice to her.

Management keeps me posted on how my brother is doing and the staff really works well together. The housekeeping and laundry people are doing a good job and maintenance does everything really quick. I have no complaints about the care he is receiving.
