Fullerton Gardens

I just want to thank them for all the good work that they do with the patients that they have. The care givers are fantastic. They are knowledgeable and very understanding towards the patients there. They have a good heart and they treat the patients very well. The food is wonderful and the service in the dining area is great.

So far I have had very good interaction with the management. Sheryl has always been very personable and Ambrosia as well. They were very compassionate when I thought about placing my mom in not only a memory care community but there in particular. I have been very happy. They do a really good job. I go and see my mom during the lunch hour every Sunday and the food seems extremely well planned. One of the reasons I placed my mom there was because of the garden area. It looks like it is a well thought out activities calendar. The housekeepers seem to do a good job. Everything is always very neat and very clean. The care givers are wonderful. If there is any question about anything they will give me a call and give me updates. I have been very happy with how responsive they are or how interactive they are when I need to speak with them. I love the whole community and I love that it is small and the gardens. I love everything about it.

The management at the community is on top of things. They are forever involved with the residents, and do not just delegate and walk away. The caretakers are wonderful, sweet, loving and kind.

It is very comforting, I feel like it is my extended home when I walk in there to check on my grandmother. The value is excellent. We have been there for eleven years. There is nowhere we would take her out of and move her to. There is really good communication between everyone. I think activities are great, they are very stimulating. The care is very good. I think that as a whole, not only the residents, but the people that work there, every voice is heard and they work together to make it a positive atmosphere for everyone.

You pay for what you get here. Management is responsive. The caregivers have been able to address my mom's needs in an appropriate manner. My mom loves the food. When there is something that is not right, housekeeping jumps right on it. When you walk in, the air smells all clean and fresh. That is impressive. The building is well maintained, and you can see that maintenances puts in an effort for that. My mom is quite comfortable.

They are doing a great job with the care. I can't say how grateful I am for everything they do and represent. They are always willing to help and engage in anything they can do. I think that is beautiful. It is beautiful to show compassion and care to the residents. I can't say much more than that. The apartment is always clean, neat and orderly. They are always cleaning and mopping and making sure things are clean and sanitary. That is a wonderful thing. The dining staff are attentive to her needs. They make sure she gets the proper nutrition. I am satisfied with that. I believe there is a good variety of activities. Everyone is efficient and knowledgeable of their job.

I have no problems. The staff has good communication. The only thing I could say about the food is she eats too much. They spoil her. She seems to enjoy the activities and there are always things going on when I am there. They switch up things and have a good variety. Nothing seems to be dirty or out of place when I get there. I really like the garden. The care has been really great. I don't think they could do any better.

The building is very nice, and my mother's room is always clean. In addition, the healthcare staff is respectful, and it is clear that they try very hard to do their job. I would recommend this community.

Management has been fine in the two years mom’s been there. Her place is always tidy and her clothes are always well washed. The care seems to be going pretty well. The staff is very kind and patient. She is definitely safe and I would say generally she's comfortable. Her apartment is clean, roomy, and has plenty of walking space for a shared room. I do feel the price is on par with other places, maybe even less.

The caregivers are always responsive, they listen and they repeat information. They seek clarification when something isn't clear and they follow through. They seem to be very dedicated. I think they are superb and the Executive Director is very good. I would say the food is pretty good. It looks nutritious, well prepared and healthy. The place is always clean and there are not smells.
