Garden Estates of Corpus Christi

I am very comfortable at the community and I feel like I am paying for a service that I am getting. The management team is terrific, especially in the situation we're in right now with the coronavirus. The Director is very kind, very accessible and tends to the residents. he business office manager is amazing and our marketing is the nicest person ever. The courtyards are beautiful and the building is in good condition, looking nice inside and outside. The furniture is always clean and the bathrooms are always spotless. There are plenty of activities and I find them both, quite comforting and entertaining. The food is excellent, we get menu options with every meal and the wait staff works with smiles on their faces. Overall, I sleep well at night. I am perfectly happy and the staff is great.

My mother lives at the community and the value is fine. I am satisfied with the price and the care has been really good. The healthcare staff is respectful and accessible. The maintenance staff is real good and the building looks satisfactory. Mom is real pleased with the housekeeping and laundry services. They have fun and good activities for the residents. I have met the supervisor a couple of times and I like him a lot. She feels safe and comfortable living at the community.

Everybody has been very friendly and helpful. Mom likes it here a lot. Management is excellent. Everyone is very nice, friendly and professional. I think the dining is fine and maintenance was very helpful when we moved her in. I think the value is very good. Overall her stay has been fine and she likes it here very much.

The employees we have on the concierge desk are wonderful. They are polite. The Director of assisted living is good. The current staff we have right now is probably the best they've had. We live here and this is our home. They treat us cordially and interact with us. The housekeeping is good and the laundry service is excellent. Everything that I've asked for in maintenance has been taken care of in due process the best they could. I live in assisted living and we have some good caregivers. The care that I've needed I've gotten. The girls are courteous and polite. I have no complaints.

The community helps you feel welcomed as a caregiver and I love how Brandon manages and addresses issues within the facility. My Mom particpates on all the activities on a daily basis, she loves to go to bingo, dance, and entertainment services. The environment is clean and our family really apperciates the place. I've told my friends to get bang for their buck and to bring their parents here.

She loves it. She loves the people and says everyone is so friendly and helpful to her. We are happy, and it is what she can afford. I like the little newsletter they leave on the door. She likes the food. She likes the dining staff will bring her juice instead of tea. They are very accommodating. The maintenance man is very nice. He came by and asked Mom where she would like some things.The housekeeping service is great. The nurses have been really helpful. Everything has been awesome. The care staff reminds her of her meds. They come in and ask her if she would like to bathe. They are very nice. Mom says they are sweet and helpful. No complaints there. Jennifer was a big help and answered any questions I had. The value is good.

I would recommend it for myself. I think they are doing an absolutely outstanding job. All things taken into consideration, it is a good operation. Everything is beautiful. We are happy with the services and accommodations. They knew him and always mentioned him by name. It was the most respectful and professional thing I have ever seen in my life. Everything looks nice and clean. He raves about the food all the time. There is plenty of food. It is tasty, and it is good. He complains when things are not righ,t and he has never complained about anything there.

Management is very friendly. The dining servers are good. They are very helpful. The food is always very very good, and they have a very good menu. The activities are really, really good. They have everything that you could want to do. The housekeeping is very good. The girls are very conscientious and on time, and the laundry is very good. So far, everything in my apartment is in good shape. It is very nice, and I have a good view. The maintenance is good, and the hallways are always well kept and never cluttered. The caregivers are very good. They are very conscientious about everything and are very courteous at bath time. It is well worth what I am paying.

The activities are good, and my mother has enjoyed the things she has done. The housekeeper has been here for awhile and is very cordial. She takes care of her business and is happy about what she does. The maintenance staff do a good job with what they do. Her apartment is nice, and the building is always good. The management team and the people that work here have been friendly and helpful. They seem to enjoy what they are doing. Their attitude is for making a home for people like my mother. That was very evident in the atmosphere. They didn't just talk that talk, but I could see it.

The maintenance man, Frank, is wonderful. He is just one in a million. I like my housekeeper. She's really sweet. I'm really pleased with housekeeping. The servers in the dining room are really the highlight of the eating experience. They're wonderful. They call you by name, and theyre right there when you need them. I'm very pleased with the management. They're very kind. I like it very much here. I can't imagine that anyone would want anything else. I'm very happy here.
