They are so friendly. They are really paying attention. I am really happy about that because that is what she needs. It looks like a five star hotel. I was impressed. I saw some sample meals that they set out that the resident could pick from. It looks fine to me. The portions appear to be very good, especially for my 93 year old mother. She doesn't eat large portions, so they have that right. The care she is getting is good. Everything seems to be in good repair, and it is clean. It is good how they come and get her and take her down to the activities room when they have them. I'm glad they do that. The activities are everything I could expect. The management team is really friendly. They just do an excellent job of watching over and taking care of the residents. They make sure they go down to their meals and activities. I am really happy with that. That is excellent.

The management team was warm, helpful, patient, and caring. The community cared about my Mom and cared about my family. For us to have that opportunity, it was priceless. I would tell anybody about this community because it was wonderful. The staff were engaging with not only my Mom but all the residents. If my Mom didn't come down to particpate they would come find her. It was really a great place. They actively tried to engage the residents. They didn't give them the opportunity to be lonely

Compared to other places that I have been to, they are more reasonable, and the services that are provided are better. The apartment is warm and inviting. I like the setup in the dining room with the dark tablecloths and light plates because she is vision impaired. One time I saw her, she was in the music room, she was happy and moving to the music. The front door was in not so great condition. I went back a few days later and hadn't said anything about it yet, and it was already being maintained. The care staff seem to want to know all of the particulars. They all seem to know her already in the short time she has been there.

My loved one has been very happy with the dining and is eating everything that he is fed. I noted that he needed somethings done to maintenance, and the next time I was there it was done. So I would say it is going well. The caregivers are doing everything they are supposed to be doing. You charge fairly for what you are doing so I am happy. We looked at another place that had the same price but the services and care weren't at the same level.

The care staff have all been polite to my dad. They call him by name. Louis, the maintenance man, has been great. The place looks clean, and his apartment looks clean. The food was very good. As far as the community director, she's been fabulous. She's been very helpful and was willing to assiste me with anything she could assist me in. Tanya has been awesome. All of my friends are really surprised at the cost of the apartment and what's included with it. The residents seem in good spirits. It smells very clean. It is probably one of the nicest looking and best smelling facilities I have ever been in.

Deborah and Tasha were really great with my mom. They were very kind. I give them kudos for dealing with my mom. The care staff were doing their job. They were very nice every time I came in. The facilities, inside and out, were very nice. The housekeeping was excellent. They would come in and change the beds and help her. They had some really good holiday activities. The activities were great. The dining area was great, and the ladies that served my mom were very helpful. She liked the food. The management was great. They were very understanding in dealing with my mom.

The management has been awesome. Several of the activities seem very interesting. The housekeeping has been very good. It has always been very clean in the apartment. I think most of the food has been awesome. The management team has been really good with us and with giving time for my mom to adjust.

My husband felt comfortable at the community, and the price was good, so it was a tough decision to move because it was such a homey and beautiful place. The healthcare staff did a very good job of staying on top of things and making sure my husband was well taken care of. The maintenance man was Johnny on the spot and housekeeping services had everything kept both neat and tidy. My husband really enjoyed the bingo, and he also took part in the senior exercising. The food was amazing. There was a wide variety of food offered and the dining service was excellent. Management worked well with us from the beginning to the time we left. They made sure our needs were met as best they could. All in all, I think the value was excellent.

I was hands down super impressed with them when I toured. The Executive Director interacts with her staff a lot. Her communication is really great. My mother is raving about the food and hasn't stopped since she's been there. When I was there they had someone coming in every day either singing or playing music. The activities are amazing. Everyone there is very committed, aware and mindful of the needs of the residents. It is very comforting to me with me not being close by.

Whenever I need to talk with someone, they call me back. They keep up with the clients well, they know where everybody is and what they're doing. The building upkeep is very good.
