Gardens of Fayetteville

My dad only moved out because of a personal choice, but the rooms are nicely organized and immaculate. The building was excellent and it was the best landscaping I have seen at any community I visited. There were plenty of activities offered and staff was timely in their execution of cleanliness. Their leadership's vision is exemplary.

Management was great, the food and activities were fine and everything seemed to be well maintained. The caregivers were always helpful and seemed like they cared.

My mom lived there for over four years, and I would recommend it to anyone. Management was on top of things, pleasant, and very helpful. Housekeeping was fine, we were always satisfied with how clean mom’s apartment was and how they did her laundry. Whenever the shuttle bus service was needed, she used it, and it was a good service. All the care givers are very nice and very pleasant, and all are attentive. It is a fair price for the services, it's a clean community, I really liked it there and the people.

The food is delicious and the facility is absolutely beautiful. In addition, all of the staff and the patients are very friendly, and my husband seems to enjoy himself there. A great place to live!

My mom was there for 6 years and they gave her good care, they're caring and took good care of her. They did have a lot of activities that my mom would do. They always had things planned and she loved the bingo. The care staff was great with my mom. They were sweet to her, nice to her, made sure she got her meds to her and they were always responsive when I had questions. It was a very good experience. The staff was always great and always took great care of my mom. My mom was happy there.

He's a returning resident, I really like the facility there and that's the reason I brought him back, the overall building is beautiful. It's inexpensive and right across from the hospital, so that's another thing. It's a good location with excellent people and services; it's just a really good facility. It's the most economical in the county and I feel like it's a home environment versus an institutional environment, they great you when you walk in and know who you are and who my dad is. It's a home environment, it's a place you want your parent or loved one to be if they can't be in your home. They do such good work yet the cost is low so I like that. Management is very helpful, responsive, and good with answering questions.

We looked at a couple other places and just liked it because it was so much cheerier than where she had been. She can walk around the halls and they have chairs lined up and sofas they can sit in, there are just so many things there compared to where she came from, it's a high class place. We've met with them two or three times and they've explained everything they're doing in great detail, there were just no surprises of any kind during the whole process and even today I was there and they're still just there for you if you need them, it seems like there are people everywhere. My mother likes the food and the maintenance is wonderful compared to what we've been around before. The healthcare staff is just so much more available to her. They've got everything they could possibly need or want in the Memory Care area, it's just a great experience.

The staff went beyond the intake; the management being encouraging of the process and communicating with me. I had to go all the way back to California to patch stuff up. The entire time I was gone not only Brittney but the executive director Tanya and Latasha were so communicative with me and kept me posted with what was going on. They really were amazing to work with. Jenny the activities director, the first time I was there checking out the facility she introduced herself and shared with me all the different things that they have. I was really impressed. She seems to really be on top of that. I guess they take them on city tours during the holidays which are super cool. The care givers are excellent.

We wanted a place that provided a level of comfort and support that my mom would have at home while handling the needs she would have, so we chose the Gardens. The management team has been very responsive, very considerate of our needs and interests. The food seems to be fine. I haven’t eaten it but it looks good. The dining room looks nice. Mom often tells me she is engaged in something with activities. It may be bingo or a church devotion; they seem to have things that are important to her. The laundry is done on the regular. I think overall they are doing the best they can.

The reason why we were living at this community was because a tree fell on our house and the house is now repaired so we're going back home. Management was always willing to listen to what you had to say. Housekeeping and laundry were an A+. I even tried to talk to the lady that did our laundry to come to our house but she wouldn't. The building was beautiful and very nice. I'd say it was a pretty good deal.
